Birthday surprises pt.2

Alec pov

It's around 5:30 and we both finished getting ready. Magnus was in blue shirt with a jacket on top to match it and his really stylish pants. Magnus was dressed like a model while I am just dressed in my blue shirt and skinny jeans looking like a potato.

" The reservation is at 6 " I said and looked at Magnus who was trying to fix his hair. " Well we can take pictures " he shurgged and turned around. " You look so hot " I said without even realizing what I just said. My face started to heat up.

Magnus giggled " well so are you " he said walked to me.
" You look so hot too. You always have been and always will be huh? " He asked as he fix my shirt collar. He winked and started to kiss me softly. The room started to heat up as I slowly wrapped my around his waist asking for more. Everything started to heat up.

" And we only have 15 minutes left " Magnus said pulling way.
I groaned and looked at Magnus. " Really Magnus " I rolled my eyes taking my jacket with my hand walking out of the house. I can hear Magnus laughing from the back.
I get into the car and waited for Magnus to locked the door and stuff.

After a while we both headed to the restaurant. The restaurant wasn't really expensive but there are only few people there.
" Reservation under Mr Lightwood " I said to the person who nodded and asked us to follow him.

" Enjoy your meal sir " he said and walked away. Magnus and I both took a seat. We both started to order and Magnus was talking something about the girl in the class who was really annoying. Some moments later the meals arrived and we both started to eat.

After a long day we both were really hungry and I am really nervous to give him my last gift.

" Ok so I ordered a cake and it will be coming soon " I said smiling and Magnus nodded smiling.

The cake arrived and it wasn't really huge just a normal size one. The whole restaurant sing Happy birthday for Magnus so did I. Magnus cut the cake and fed me first.

I smiled wide and also fed him some. Everyone went back to their business and I looked at Magnus. " Cut deeper into the cake " I said and Magnus looked at me weird " what? " He asked and I nodded. He shakes his head and cut it a bit deeper " there is something in the way ! " He said and decided to split the cake apart.

" Is that - " before Magnus finished his sentence I nodded. I take out the old necklace and put I around my neck. " I made one for you too so we both have the same one " I shurgged and there was a little tear trying to come out of his eyes. He take it back quickly and took a deep breath. " You remembered " he said and I nodded " well mom told me. I always kept it with me without knowing the reason but now I do which makes me want to keep it more closer to me. " I explained and he nodded.

He sniffled and pulled me into a hug. " Thanks for today " he said and I nodded " this is your day and I want it to be special " I said back hugging him. " Ok now let me put it on for you " I said taking the necklace from Magnus's hand. I slowly put it around his neck carefully.

Magnus smiles and looked down at the necklace. " It's pretty " his voice become soft. " I just looked at him smiling happily.

" Ok ok don't get emotional Magnus " I said teasingly to which Magnus laugh.

We both finished the desert as well and decided to lies down on top of the car to watch stars.

" I love this " Magnus said to which I nodded " I love you " I said back with a tinted smile on my face. Magnus cuddle up to my chest " thanks you so much for today. It was really amazing and I love it ! " Magnus said smiling wide. I didn't say anything back instead just pull him closer.

We both enjoyed the moment peacefully.
