Alec pov

It's almost 3 or 4 weeks after the incidence with Magnus. We never talk after that but I can always feel his gaze on me whenever I am with Liam.

I somehow managed to broke up with Liam. My first ever boyfriend and it's gone beacuse of Magnus. We are still great friends now but Magnus would be still glaring at him whenever we are together. I don't get what Magnus wants from me but it's definitely confusing me for sure.

I sighed as I close my English notebook. I need to do an assignment with Simon but let me tell you the worst part. Simon didn't show up today because he was sick and also Magnus's seat mate didn't showed up so the teacher decided to put us together as pairs. What can be more greater than that?

I still remembered how he smirked when Mrs Smith decided to put as in pairs. I have no idea what will happened but I am not ready for it.

" I will come to yours tonight " Magnus said interrupting my thoughts and snapping me back to reality. "Ok " was all I managed to say. I don't understand why he is embarrassed of me. Even now he is talking to me when there is no one in class.

I grabbed my bag and started to walk out as a strong hand pulled my arms " ouch " I whined in pain and I turned out to see Magnus smiling and leaned to my ears "you forgot something " he said and he was so close that I can feel his breath against my neck. I looked around to see that I forgot my jacket on my chair. Magnus let go of my arm and walked outside of the class. "Dumbass!" I muttered to myself as I quickly grabbed my jacket and walked outside.

At lunch everything was just normal. Magnus glaring at Liam from a very far table whenever Liam tries to flirt with me. Liam isn't even flirting at this point it's just how he talk.

The classes was so boring that I almost die from the boredom. I was finally in my house taking a long shower before Magnus comes to the house for the assignment. I decided to put on some comfy sweater and sweatpants. I looked myself in the mirror and decided not to even fix my hair. I look like I just woke up but I don't mind. I am just scared of how the whole assignment is going to happen even.

Thinking about the devil himself there was a knock on the door. I quickly run down to opened it. Mom went on another business trip while Izzy , Jace and Clary decided to visit Simon so I am basically home alone.

I opened the door to see Magnus bane in his beautiful stunning clothes. He was wear a glittery jacket on top of a red shirt but it wasn't as glittery as the jacket he worn today at school.

" Are you going to let me in or what? " Magnus lip parted to speak and I quickly decided to open the door wide so he can come in.

I closed the door behind and Magnus turned around smiling " finally I can talk to you again without people looking at me crazy " Magnus said and those words from him weren't like the Magnus from school. This Magnus is completely different from the Magnus from school. His voice was more softer and relaxed.

" I brought us some food and I decided to start on my part in my house before I even come here so you can check mine beacuse you are expect at checking so " he winked at me and I blushed and looked away. He smiled and put the food on the kitchen. I still can't believe he still remembered which is where in this house. He smiled and walked upstairs to my room and I decided to grabbed some juice and food that he brought for us and take it upstairs with me.

As I walked upstairs Magnus was already on the bed lying with only his red shirt. I looked around to see his jacket on the the floor and I smiled at bit and put the food tray on the nightstand.

I smiled as he took his MacBook out from his bag passing it to me after he opened the file. I got on the bed and started to check. Magnus is like always smart. He always comes to class late but he always get an A in every subjects which actually amazed me of how talented he is. " It's all perfect" I said and looked at him who was already eating the chips while using his phone. He looked up from his phone smiling " relli??" He asked and I nodded smiling wide. " Not only that you also finish my part! " I said as he shrugged and nodded. " I got bored " he said giggling and put his phone away.

" How about we watch something beacuse we basically are already done with our assignment which we have like 3 days to work on it and you already finished everything so... " I stated a bit more confident. I am really confident when it's just me and Magnus. It's weird but that's just how I feel.

" Of course!" His eyes brighten and I smiled and decided to put a romantic movie beacuse it's everywhere around the house and Izzy loves watching romantic movies.

" Seriously a romantic movie?" Magnus laughed and I nodded. Magnus and I were just chatting about stupid things and not even caring about the movie at this point.

" So... Liam " Magnus decided to bring up the topic and I frozed " wh-what about him?" I asked not daring to look at him. " Are you guys dating?" He asked curiously and I can still feel his eyes burning in curiosity even though I am not looking at him. I turned my head slowly at Magnus " No. " I said and took a deep breath. Then it went all slient and awkward. We went back to watching the stupid movie that we doesn't even care about. I know that he was also thinking what I was thinking.
