Sans walks into Snowy Village and smiles.The village was very beautiful with snow everywhere,Sans lives in a city where it doesn't get barely any snow so it was rare to see snow(If you can guess the city congrats:Note it's in texas 😊)Sans went the save point to save real quick and puts most of their belongings except their phone and ice cream into the box before heading into the shop.
"Hello! Welcome to Snow Shop! What can I get for ya?"the lady behind the desk asked them
"What's that Ice cream sandwich?"they asked her
"Where on earth were ya raised? The surface? Well, it's a Ice kitty, but made of chocolate,Vanilla and Strawberry ice cream inside!It's actually the King's favorite besides Blueberry pie with a cherry crust and I'm sure if ya try one you will too."she said to Sans
"What's the Headband?"they asked
"My little sister gave it to me to sell. It's just a silly Headband with a heart on it.But it's the start of her new 'fashion line.' She wants to be a shop owner just like me when she gets older. Ain't that sweet? She asks me every day if someone's bought it."she said with a smile
"I love to see people happy...So I'll buy the headband and Ice kitty!"Sans said
"Aw, thanks, sweetheart!That'll be 30 gold."she said
"Here you go!"Sans said with a smile
"Thanks sweetheart."the lady said handing the headband and Ice kitty to Sans.
They take off their ribbon and puts on the headband,which caused their left eye light to turn orange to match their right eye light
"So,any questions? I can answer some questions about the history of Snowy Village depending how poorly you were raised."she asked.
"Actually I do have some questions"Sans said to her
"Oh. Wow.I was just kidding,but I'll help you out.A long time ago, after the war, we humans retreated to the very back of this cavern we're all trapped in.But are King and Queen told us to keep holding on our hopes,so we felt strong enough to leave the old temple.Some of us decided that the falls,the lava or the capital wasn't for us, so we stayed right here.Don't try getting into the Ancient Temple though.Unless your home leads to it on its own because it was built long ago or you can use your magic to faze through the door,the door's locked tight,and it has been for centuries."she said as Sans nods
"Can you please tell me about the brothers?"they asked as the lady giggled
"Frisk and Alex?They just came out of nowhere,no one knew where they came from at all.I think 'The Awesome Alex' wants to find a monster and bring them to Ava.Well I guess most of us wants to leave this place as fast as we can,I can't believe the king kept us all together for a long time"she said with a smile on her face
"Wow he must be very old"Sans said as the lady nods
"That he is,he always checks on everyone to make sure they're happy.Anyone he finds that seems like they're depressed he invites them back to the castle for some hot chocolate.Drinking hot chocolate with the king always cheers them up.Because they know that someone cares about us and is working on a way to free us,but he's been busy lately so we don't see him come visit that often"the lady said with a sad smile.
Sans looks down with sadness because from what Sans was told,the king wants them dead but it was because he wanted to make his people happy.To make sure they are safe from any harm,they couldn't fight someone who is trying to protect the people he cares about.
"Say how about you head to the inn next door,my older sister and little sister live there.You can get some sleep and show my little sister the headband to show her you bought the headband?"she said as Sans nods with a smile
