this book is so so so so bad and no one has read it, so this is a filler and i'm hoping it will grow more ;)
will walked into school, acting like he was just "friends" with mike.
will kept second guessing mike, though. mike was acting weird about his love for him last night. of course, will had a deep passion for mike, but it was off.
"hey, byers!" mike giggled, scrunching his nose at will.
"hey, mikey." will nodded.
"what's wrong?"
"oh! nothing!" will jumped.
"okay, but tell me anything you need."
will just nodded as mike grabbed his hand and walked him to first period.
the day went on as normal. but mike keep wanting to come up behind will and hug him. mike held wills hand, and will let him, showing affection.
"excuse me, may i go to the restroom?" will asked his teacher.
"yes, you may." she replied, dismissing him.
will walked to the bathroom and saw dustin.
"hey!" will smiled.
"will, did mike say he loved you?"
"yea, why?"
"um-um- how do i s-say this?"
"dustin, what?" will asked, about to break out in tears.
"he doesn't. it was a dare..."
"i knew it! he kept second guessing himself last night!" will sobbed, sliding down the wall to the floor.
"do you want me to stay?" dustin asked, unsure what to do.
"no. i wanna be alone." will cried.
will stayed there, lying on the floor. he was heartbroken. how could he ever trust mike when he was saying he loved him. mike never liked boys.
on the other hand, mike was also going to the bathroom, but he passed dustin.
"wills in there." dustin said.
"and?"
"crying."
"what? what did you do!" mike asked concerned.
dustin ignored him. mike picked up his pace and ran to the bathroom.
he turned around the corner to see will. his will broken. he sat down next to him and brought him into his lap.
"m-mike. leave." will demanded, sobbing and crawling out of his arms.
"w-what? w-why?" mike asked, tearing up.
"y-you lied t-to me. you've never loved me." will sobbed.
"what? yes i have! i've never realized it until a year ago and i finally told you!"
"dustin told me. it was a dare, mike."
"yes, it was. but i realized i really do love you." mike said, now fully crying.
"mike, please."
mike got up and ran out of the bathroom, crying. he lost will. his will. the byers/mikey duo was gone. all because of a dare, he lost his best friend. he lost his boyfriend.
and just because of that dare, two teenage boys were now heartbroken.
my poor baby's :( anyway, that's just a filler and it will get better ;)
