the day had come. will standing nervously in front of the mirror, his mom next to him.
"you look great, will."
"thanks!" will had smiled.
"you feeling okay?" joyce asked, just checking in.
"nervous, but excited."
"will. that's normal, and i want to tell you that i'm so proud of you. i'm so happy you accept yourself, and have found your love!" joyce had finished, crying.
"thank you, mom. i love you." will had said, giving her a warming hug.
will had given her a smile, walking out of the room. he had walked to the room mike was getting ready in.
will had knocked on the door, "come in!"
"micheal wheeler. the boy of my dreams." will had a rush of color flow onto his cheeks.
"you look adorable, cleric!" mike cheered.
"look at that, still calling each other our childhood names, mikey."
"crazy together right, byers?" mike laughed, leaning in for a hug.
will gave a tight hug back.

the boys had finished getting ready just in time for their friends to come help finish up the decorations.
"dustin, lucas!" mike exclaimed, pulling both of his best friends into a hug.
"max, jane! hey, how are you guys!" will had yelled, running to give the beautiful girls a hug.
"you look pretty snazzy there, wheeler!" dustin replied.
"yeah, will you look fabulous!" max had smiled, giving will a playful punch on the shoulder.
"well let's get to the decorations!" jane encouraged.
everyone had finished up and welcomed everyone just in time for the ceremony.
"will, are you okay?" mike asked, taking a deep breath.
"yeah. it's overwhelming." will sighed.
"hey, cleric. take a deep breath. always been here for you, and today is special. enjoy it. i love you, bud."
"no wonder why i fell in love with you, mikey." will smiled, throwing himself into mikes chest.
and just like that, they were both walking in the isle together, about to get married.
the ceremony started and they had said their vows and memories, and the priest had said they may kiss.
mike looked down at the soft-eyed boy he'd loved since he was in fourth grade, and cupped his cheeks and pulled will up into a kiss.
everyone had cheered, while both boys had been crying.
mike had pulled away, looking into the teary-eyed boy, who had been crying of joy. mike had started to cry, but will had jumped up onto mikes neck, and gave him the warmest, tightest hug he's felt in a long time.
"i love you, william byers." mike had whispered.
"i love you most, micheal wheeler." will had giggled, both of them crying on each other's shoulders.

the after party had begun, with drinks, food, and music. but, the boys had gone upstairs to calm down and get comfortable.
they had a record player on, and as they were getting changed, 'can't fight this feeling' had come on.
"it's our song, byers!" mike laughed, getting up to push will to dance.
"mike, i'm not dancing." will had groaned.
"come on! it'll be fun!" mike pleaded.
"fine." will had rolled his eyes, getting up.
the boys were dancing around like idiots, practically screaming every word of the song.
as the song had come to an end, the boys had stopped dancing. they started to look into each other's eyes, slowly leaning in for a kiss.
as their lips attached, the lyrics, 'i cant fight this feeling anymore!' came on.
and that moment had been the most precious moment neither of them would forget.
the two boys had pulled away, mike's hands on wills waist, and wills hung around mikes neck.
"remember how i told you i wanted to live with you for the rest of my life, and how meeting you was the best thing i had ever done? well, i think we've lived up to it." mike smiled, his nose on wills forehead.
"yeah, and i think we lived by going crazy together." will smirked.
"i think we're going crazy together forever, byers."
"yeah, i do too." will had laughed, both boys living in the moment for the rest of their lives.
