"hey byers." mike had smiled, coming up to wills locker.
"hey, wheeler." will giggled, rolling his eyes. "we better get to class."
"whatever you say, boss."
will just looked back at mike, and giggled.
as will sat down in his seat and took a deep breath, he just imagined how much he really loved mike. but, he wanted to take it slow, as he couldn't trust mike just yet.
will got a a scrap piece of paper and wrote a note saying, bathroom. i wanna talk ;)
he crumpled up the paper a passed it to mike. mike opened it and nodded.
will raised his hand first, and mike raised his shortly after.

"what's up?" mike asked.
"i'm bored of class, and i just wanna hang out." will laughed.
"oh, that's fine with me!"
the two boys sat down, will in mikes lap. as they just hung out for a little bit, mike needed to kiss will. i don't wanna push it. but he's the love of my life, what am i supposed to do? mike thought.
mike had made the decision to lean in and kiss will. it was short, and gentle.
"will, i-i'm sorry. i didn't mean too." mike said, knowing he pushed the line.
"mike. i told you i wasn't ready. but, it wasn't horrible." will stated.
"i know. i'm sorry, will."
"we should go." will said, ending the conversation.
great. i just fucked up again. mike thought. wait, was i his first kiss? shit— i maybe was.
as mike was sitting in class, he wrote a note to will. it was a request. the bell rang, and mike ran to wills locker, so he could slip in the note.

ring, ring. the last period bell rung.
will started to open his locker until he saw a note fall out. shit, here we go again with troy and his friends. but as he read it, it was an apology note from mike.
will, i need help studying for a science test on thursday. could you possibly come over tomorrow at 3pm to help? thank you, i'm sorry!!
will just went along and agreed, writing yes on the note and slipping it in mikes locker for him to see tomorrow.
but, the only thing will was thinking about was,
how could i say no to mike? whatever he does to me, good or bad, i just fall in love even more.
