Peeta's POV

When she opens her eyes their not grey anymore. Their jet black again..

Why does this have to happen to her?

Wait, it's daytime, she said she only reacts at night!

Just then Danny walks through the door

Cinna and Haymitch look to the door and see him.

"Leave" Haymitch growls.

"Why? I just wanna see my girlfriend" he says referring to Cinna.

"Can't you see she doesn't wanna see you?!" Cinna snaps.

"Fine, I'll come back later!" He says then walks out of the door.

We all look to Kat who now had the handcuffs digging into her wrists badly, you can see the blood all over the handcuffs. Her head falls again. She's passed out.

We undo her handcuffs and clean her writs and bandage them. We then sit down and make converation for about 30 minutes until she wakes up.

She groans rubbing her head. "What happened?"

"you-know-who showed up and you had a little attack" Haymitch says.

"Right.. So what happened to my arms?"

"You had your handcuffs on and was digging your wrists into them so you don't hurt anyone" Cinna says.

"D-did I go to hurt one of you then?" she stutters with tears running slowly down her cheeks.

"No, you asked for the handcuffs before you could try hurt anyone" Gale says.

She lets out a sigh with relief. "Thank god for that" she say wiping her tears away.

"we're gonna go get some food okay?" Haymitch asks her, she nods.

They stand up. "You coming Peet?" Gale asks.

"Nah, I'll stay here just in case something happens" I say.

They nod and walk out.

"You didn't have to stay with me mind" she says out of the blue.

"I want to, after all you are my girlfriend" I say, causing her to giggle.

I sit down in Cinna's chair which is by her head.

"Don't ever let anyone say your not perfect okay? 'Cause your perfect to me, Prim, your aunt, Haymitch, Cinna and the group. Don't let anyone put you down because your so sweet, caring, beautiful and theres a lot of other but I just can't be bothered to say them because theres a lot" I say chuckilng. She giggles at the last part.

"Your so sweet, you know that?" she says smiling at me.

I lean over and give her a short, sweet, loving kiss. "no I didn't until you just said that" I say smirking.

"Your so cheesy" she says smiling.

"You are too" I say poking her playfully causing her to laugh.

"Your more cheesy that me Mellark" she says to me, poking my cheek.

"I know" I say smiking cheekily.
