Number one for her natural wolf appearance. I envisioned her to be this tall and regal looking, maybe with a bit longer fur and more obvious muscle. The ears are spot on though.

I kind of envisioned this as how she looks to someone that is terrified of her as well as being a less gruesome and horrifying version of when she was possessed.

I kinda thought of her human form looking something like this but obviously with black hair and maybe more of a gothic/punk style. I do feel that she would wear a flannel though and that is definitely her personality. The fangs on the other hand would probably only show if she is angry or trying to be seducing like in the picture.
