"Hey wake up, Tate wake up!"

"Alright I'm up, I'm up. Why are we up so early, the sun isn't even up?"

"We need to train some more. You need to learn to sneak around without being seen."

"Alright but let me stretch, my body is so sore."

"Yeah cause I kicked your butt last night. And your body is going to be sore when you don't use your powers regularly."

"Ok I'm ready, am I going to dodging you again?"

"No this time you are going to start out by that big tree, and you have to get past me to the bridge without fighting me."

"How am I supposed to do that?"

"Remember how I snuck up on you last night? I used the light to my advantage, now you have to use the darkness and shadows to yours."

"The sun is up how am I supposed to use the darkness?"

"You need to figure that out. Now get over there, I'm going to count to ten and you will hide and I have to try and find you. It's basically hide and go seek tag."

Ok so I will need to hide in the shadows but she will still see me.

"Five, four, three, two, one. Here I come!"

So she will probably use her vines to try and spooky me out, so she can catch me.
So I need to be silent, and try not to move too much. Just small quick movements.

A weird rush of chills came over me and it felt like people were watching me. "You can't hide forever!" Josalyn yelled as she wiped here vines by the tree next to me.

Now's my chance. I slipped past her and over to the bridge without her noticing.
"First try baby suck on that!" I was so pumped.

My feeling over people watching us was right. "What are you two doing here, and Jos why do you have vines?" I was so startled by the sudden voice behind me that I accidentally teleported next to Jos. "And what the hell was that?" Reed and Ava just stood on the bridge with wide eyes .

"What was what?" Asked Jos.

"Tate he teleported!" Ava yelled.

"No I didn't how would I do that?" I said.

"You better tell us what's going on or we are going to tell your parents that you are here. You know they have the whole town looking for you two." Reed said trying to sound mad, but he he just sounded sad.

"Fine, fine but you can't tell our parents where we are ok?" I said hoping to God that they didn't tell my parents.

"Wait so let me get this straight? You two have magical powers and Tate's parents are trying to wage war on you two?" Ava asked just looking like she asked the stupidest question in the world.

"Basically." Jos said and we looked at each other.

"Um I have a question. How do I get my powers?"

Hi guys sorry this one is late but I have been sick for the last two days. I probably won't be able to post another part until Monday, but I will do my best to get some stuff done.
