The Robbery

                        Payton's POV

"There has been a robbery at the grocery store and no one saw anything except for a shadow!" Tate's parents yelled.

"What the hell is going on? First Tate and Josalyn disappear now a shadow robbed a grocery store!" Emma said.

"Wait now someone said they saw a somewhat dim glowing figure too!" Tate's Mom said.

"We have to go see what's going on!" Bell said eagar to go.

                        Tate's POV

"So what's the plan?" I said as I was walking trying not to get seen since this is a popular place for kids in our school to go.

"I will shine a bright light which will shortly blind everyone, but when I do that you will have to hide behind something or you will be taken out of your shadow form. Then you will grab as much as you can. Then we will have to teleport to the back of the store and we will run back from there." Jos said as I saw my friends Brooklyn and Devyn walk past. I tried to hide my face but they still recognized me.

"Omg Tate where have you been we have been so worried about you!" Brooklyn said hugging me. "Why aren't you coming to school?" I looked at Jos wanting to say something but she shook her head no.

"I will explain everything later but you can't tell anyone you saw me ok?" I said as I hugged her back and started walking again.

"You should have said anything." Josalyn said.

"They already knew it was me, and they probably would have told my parents so I did it to be safe." I said as I walked into the store. Josalyn stayed out of the store and counted to thirty as I went into a shadow and hid in a aisle. Then I saw a big flash of light and Josalyn in her light form as she glowed slightly in the kinda dim store. I ran and grabbed a cart and filled it with food then I pushed the cart over to Jos and grabbed onto her and the cart then teleported to the back of the store.

"Good job now we just have to get to the treehouse." Jos said as she smiled. Then I suddenly heard the sound of screeching tires and the sound of multiple doors being opened and closed.

"There are a lot of people here now, started heading to the creek and I will catch up with you. I need to see who this is." I said as I gave the cart to Josalyn.

"Ok but be safe and don't be seen." She said as she took the cart and started running off. I turned into a shadow and peaked around the corner of the store and saw my parents car and Emma's car. What the hell are Emma, Vanna, Bell, Raven, and Payton doing here? They must have followed my parents. I snuck around they corner of the store and hide behind a car. My parents are interviewing people and using some gadgets. My friends are talking to my friend Joz who lives in Virginia, she must have drove up when she heard I went missing. I saw a piece of paper on the ground and grabbed a pen out of a open car window and wrote a note to my friends and put it on Emma's windshield. Then teleported to the treehouse.

                           Joz's POV

I pulled up to grocery store where Bell told me to come to and I saw an ambulance and some police officers. I got out of my car and got swarmed by my friends.

"Omg it's so good to see you guys again it's been so long, but what is happening?" I asked since Bell didn't tell me anything.

"There was a robbery by a shadow and a glowing figure. I know it sounds crazy but a lot of weird things have been going on around here lately." Raven said as she hugged Joz.

After they explained everything we all went to Emma's car to see where we were going to go when I spotted a piece of paper under Emma's windshield wiper. It said

Hi guys I know you must have a lot of questions about the what is happening and where I am but I promise I will explain everything. If you wanna know what is happening then meet me at the park at midnight tonight.
