The Meeting

Hi guys I know you must have a lot of questions about the what is happening and where I am but I promise I will explain everything. If you wanna know what is happening then meet me at the park at midnight tonight.

Joz's POV

"What the hell is going on. I'm gone for not even a year and Tate disappears, a grocery store gets robbed by Peter Pan, his shadow and Tinkerbell! What is going on?!" I said starting to panic.

"Okay calm down we will all figure this out when we meet Tate and the park tonight." Payton said.

"Who said we are going, for all we know this shadow could have kidnapped Tate and is using him to lure us in to MURDER us!" Emma said.

"We have to go, we are in a small town with little to no crime, just everybody be prepared and bring some sort of defense mechanism. We will meet at my house at 11:30. Okay?" Vanna said.

"Okay, but I'm bringing my machete." Raven said without hesitation.

"You have a machete!?" Bell asked genuinely worried.

"Don't worry we only use it to clear paths when we go hiking." Raven said rolling her eyes.

"Okay everybody at Vanna's house at 11:30, and no bailing, ahem Emma." Bell said fake coughing as she said Emma jokingly.

"Is everyone here?" I asked.

"No Emma's not here yet." Payton said.

"She lives up the street how is she late!?" Bell said. Emma burst through the door with a tool belt with things ranging from pepper spray to a hammer.

"Sorry I'm late I just wanted to make sure I had everything." Emma said.

"Okay whatever let's just go, who's going to drive?" Payton said.

"No we are walking we don't want to draw attention to our selves." I said putting on my shoes.

Tate's POV

"Were is he? He said midnight not 12:10." Emma said getting impatient. I was in shadow form since I had to sneak away from Josalyn.

"I'm right here." I said as I appeared in front of them.

"NOT TODAY SATAN!" Emma yelled as she pulled out her pepper spray and started spraying it at me, but before it could hit me I teleported back.

"Emma be quiet!" Raven said as she gave Emma some side eye.

"Where the hell did you come from? You can't sneak up on me like that! And how can you teleport?!" Emma said as she calmed down a bit.

"Just let me explain everything, so it all started a week ago..."

"So what can you all do?" Joz asked as she studied my shadow arm.

"I don't really know, Josalyn has been teaching me since she has powers too." I said.

"Wait so she can turn into a shadow too?" Bell asked.

"She has the opposite powers than me she can turn into light." I said starting to get uncomfortable as they all started putting their hands in my shadow arm.

"Wait so you two were the ones who robbed that store!?" Vanna asked.

"Hey don't judge we were running low on food and the whole town has been looking for us." I said embarrassed.

"Where have you been staying then?" Bell asked.

"Nowhere." I said moving my arm and going back to normal.

"Tell us!" Raven and Joz said at the same time.

"Fine, the old baseball field shed." I lied, and I can't tell them where I am because I don't know if I can trust them completely.
