After his well knows St. Valentine's Day massacre was done Capone was running out of time he was eventually arrested for tax evasion and sent to alcatraz, during his time there guards heard him screaming and talking to what appeared to nothing. Capone on the other hand didn't see nothing he was being haunted by a victim that he had ordered killed on St. Valentine's day and he had no where to go and was essentially in his own personal hell dealing with his guilt and then the ghost every night.
