"Have you done everything you needed to?" Stana yelled through her apartment. "Yeah I did. The food is ready everything's cleaned up and I'm in my good clothes. You?" Nathan shouted back while placing the plates on the table. They had been cooking all day and now their parents were about to arrive any second. "Me too... Is this dress okay?" She was wearing an absolutely stunning black dress. Her hair was fixed up into a bun and to finish the picture she was wearing a preal bracelet and the earrings she got from her mother.

He had to swallow hard and wink a few times before he could talk. "Wow......... You look..." Nathan didn't know what to say, "you... look... absolutely... stunning." He just couldn't stop staring at her. Stana blushed a bit and looked down at her feet. "I'm so nervous." "Hey, it's okay. Everything will be fine. I'm sure our parents are going to be friends soon. And if not... we'll still get married." Stana smiled weakly at her lovers try to calm her down. Then there was a knock on the door. "Ready?" Nathan asked as the both of them were standing right infront of the door. "Yeah." She answered and he opened the door. "Hi Mom, hi Dad." Stana hugged her parents tightly. "Hi sweetheart. You look gorgeous." Rada greeted her daughter before she turned to her future son-in-law. "Hello Nathan." "Hello Mr. and Mrs. Katic." He gave back politely. "Hello you two." Peter still didn't sound very pleased of that. His skepticism for his daughter's fiancé was more than obvious. About ten minutes later there was a knock on the door angain and Nathan went to open it. A minute later he returned to the living room with his parents after him. Everyone, except Stana and Nathan, introduced themselves. "So I guess Nathan finally popped the question?" Cookie stated with a look to Stana's left hand. "Yeah..." She had to look down at her ring herself. "I'm proud of you son. And I'm really happy for the two of you." Bob then said. It was followed by an awkward moment of silence until Nathan raised his voice. "So who likes some food now?" Everyone agreed and they sat down at the table as Nathan served the food and Stana helped him putting it on the plates. "I have to say, this food tastes very good." "Thank you Mom." Stana smiled a little at her mother's compliment. "Nate turened out to be a really good cook." She looked at her husband-to-be with love filled eyes and a bright smile. "Only because you taught me." She looked at the floor to hide her blushing cheeks. "You two are so cute together, it's unbelievable." Cookie squealed slightly. "Yeah, unbelievable..." Peter agreed in a grumpy tone under his breath and earned a death glare from his wife, who, thankfully, turned out to be the only one who heard him. They went on eating and talking and sometime during the dinner Nathan's hand sneaked it's way over to Stana's and took it while rubbing small, soft circles on it with his thumb. The evening was definitely a success and the couple's parents left around 12:00am. "Haven't I told you they're going to be friends?" Nathan asked her later when they were cuddled up in bed. "Yeah, you did. And you were right. I'm glad they like each other." Stana mumbled into his chest. "Me too. That makes it a lot easier for us." "Mhmm." Her eyes were already closed. "Hey Stana, uhm... are you coming with me to the Season premiere twomorrow?" She didn't give an answer. "Stana?" But she was already fast asleep so he just gave her a kiss on the head. "I love you." And then Nathan drifted off too.

The next evening they both got ready for the season six premiere after a lazy day of waching a few movies and spending time together. Nathan was wearing his usual tux while Stana decided on a tight, long, golden dress that fitted her curves perfectly and exposed her right shoulder while the left one was covered with a strape and her hair.

"You look gorgeous

"You look gorgeous." "Thanks, you're not so bad yourself, Nathan." "So you're ready to go? The limo's already waitin'." "Sure. But don't forget, we have to act professional. We agreed not letting anyone know." "I know, I know. I won't forget. Promise." "Kay." Stana kissed him once again before they headed outside. The car ride seemed to have no end and throughout the whole time Narhan was sitting very close to her so their tighs touched and their fingers were interlaced, while her head rested on his shoulder. Then the car stopped. Nathan pecked her lips one last time before he stepped out and offered her his hand. As soon as Stana got out of the car she could see and hear all the cameraflashes around her and some paparazzi screaming questions. She just smiled and walked into the building with Nathan by her side. There were taken many fotos of all the actors and all of the other filmworkers. After very long three hours, many interviews and some drinks they finally were off to the after-show-party. As a slower song was played most men got their women to dance. Jon and Tamala, Seamus and Juliana, Andrew and Terrie and also Nathan got over to Stana. "May I have this dance?" He asked her politely with a smile on his lips as he offered her his hand for the second time this evening. "Sure." Stana answered with a giggle and took his fingers in hers to stand up. When they were slowly swaying over the dance floor a paparazzo all of the sudden jumped through the window and took photos of them as they were holding each other and some more as everyone turned to him with shock. The security guards pulled him out immediately but the party was runined. "Can we go home?" Stana asked silently. "Yeah sure. That's probably the best." Nathan wispered slightly into her ear and his warm breath against her skin sent shivers down her spine. They walked out only to be ran over by all the photographers and interviewers. They did what they always did, smiling and walking on without saying anything. „Oh god..." Stana sighed when she and Nathan arrived home. „That was horrible." „Yeah. Who are you telling that?" "I just hope no one figures out we're together with those pictures. His phone beeped. "I'm afraid they already did."
