I made my way to Nina's office and pass by my mom's office and my heart aches. I pushed my tears away and went to where I had my appointment. As I knocked on the door no one answered when I was about to leave I heard a cold voice and the hair on the back of my neck stood up... I froze!

I knew who it was! It was the man my mom hated the most. Lawyer Donovan! What the hell he's doing in my mother's office? "Hello little princess" he said with a wicked smirk.
Oh! So he thought I was intimidated by his presence? I'll show him he's wrong!
"Hello Dracula, what did I do to be blessed today?" I said firmly with the same smirk he gave me earlier.

"Technically, you're the one who blessed me with your visit today princess" he replied with a smile.
Oh that smile!! I hated it wanted to beat the hell out of him right now but I kept my calm.
"What do you mean? As I know it's my mother's office".
"Well you see beautiful..." he stopped before continue his sentence "'This is all mine now"
Huh? Is he crazy ? what is he talking about? All his?

I think he saw my confused face and continue "Nina sell me her share and it was 50% of the company, you may think that you can still use your mother's share but... No" he came closer to me and caress my cheeks with his right hands. Disgusting!

"What do you mean?" I asked with the same determination pushing his hands away.
"Before your mom went to that trip her bestfriend convinced her to save money and add a clause for the sake of Simon since none of you wanted to become a lawyer, and even if Simon doesn't become a lawyer he'll still get the company when he's 18 but until then Nina would take care of the company if anything happened to your mom.... since your mom is missing! let me see ah! You'll wait for 17 years if she isn't coming back."

He didn't let me reply and said "you should see how fast your mom agreed with the terms, and trust her bestfriend! but the thing she didn't know is that I'm Fucking Nina and this woman would do anything for that Dick". I couldn't believe it... like I always say TRUST NO ONE!

"The only thing I regret is that I couldn't killed your slut of a mother first, I think someone might beat me to that"

How could he!! I was boiling I slapped him then kneel him. I took the first thing that was near me and I hit him with it. "DON'T EVER! EVER! EVER PUT YOUR DIRTY MOUTH ON MY MOTHER AGAIN!!" I yelled in rage while hitting him but then I realize I beaten him only with papers...

seriously? I then punch him, he laughed As he watch me with amusement and pain? He was a psycho! he came back closer and whispered in my ears " if you want to get back those share early we can find an agreement" he watched me with hunger and I felt dirty, I felt the urge to bathe in a tube of Clorox...

I roll my eyes and I tell him "Touch me and you'll regret it I may find some old guy to please your precious daughter" I said it with an evil smirk. I was even afraid of myself. He made you go this far Sora! Man up.
He immediately let go of me.

"Donovan, I may look like my mother but I'm not my mother... if she didn't destroy you when she was there I'll make sure it's my priority" I take a deep breath and continue " I'll destroy you, Nina, and all the people who have the balls to hurt my family mark my word" I walk away and then look at him back and say "keep those shares for now... You'll regret having them later."

I calmly and confidently get out but deep down inside I had mixed emotions and when I reach in my car I cried like I never did before and I needed a shoulder... I dialed a number not even looking at who it is.
"Hello? Hello?" I heard his voice and I didn't know why but I cried even harder.

Liam's POV
I spent all the week working on this case. Why would someone be after her family?
My head started to aches and I went for a coffee while thinking about what I told her before. Am I a crazy? Why Liam? Why? She'll take you for a psycho... you just met her and your partner already yelled at her, made her cry, and YOU asked her to live with you.

I shake my head to let all these thoughts go away.
As I was drinking my coffee my phone rang. I look at my phone it was her number be cool Liam don't embarrass yourself I repeated to myself.

"Hello" I only heard someone sobbing, I started to really be worried.
"...hello?" I said again.
"Mr Black... I... I need your help"
As soon as I heard I need your- I run to my car
"Where are you?" I asked
"My mom... office"

I think I skip like 5 red light I didn't care even if I was a police officer.
I reach in a few minutes and I see her car in the parking lot, I could see her petite figure shrinking into her seat while crying. I opened the door and she looked at me and I could see she was hurt but also something in her eyes was crying for help.

Before I had the time to say anything she said "Bring me home to Simon please..." her voice was someone who was afraid to lose the only treasure she has left, and my protectiveness for her and Simon grow up more.
I nodded and drive her home.

So Nina is a traitor... and we discovered a lot more about possible ennemies. What do you think?
