The day wasn't going fast at all! I spent the whole day unpacking, taking care of Simon, getting familiar with the house and I started to read about how to take online classes. It was finally time to prepare dinner and I started to cook. Oh how I love cooking! I don't know why but when I'm stressed the only thing that could calm me down was cooking.

I cut some apples for my baby bro because he was starting to get impatient. I was in the mood for some Caribbean food but I didn't know if Liam ever tasted it and liked it so I texted him about dinner plans.

No Sora! Tell me is something wrong! Wait give me a min I'll call you!

🙄 No drama king! I just want to know if you don't mind Caribbean food tonight. I'm in the mood for this.

Ok! Ok! 😂 well get ready you and Simon I'll take you. I know a nice Haitian/Creole place.

I'm asking because I wanted to cook tonight 😪 Nvm. It will be good to get some fresh air.

Oh sorry... you'll cook next time 😘 I really think you need some fresh air too. Get ready for 7pm is that ok for you?

"Simon, I guess sis won't cook tonight" He looked at me and smile, he was scrolling on YouTube and he putted Baby shark. I groaned and rolled my eyes! He started dancing like a mad man and I couldn't help but laughed at how adorable he was.
I looked at the clock it was 5:30 and I started to clean our mess in the living room then headed to our room.
I take a bubble bath with Simon and I put his clothes on. He was so cute! With his little navy blue shirt with dots and a red jacket just like his jogging. with his little Jay's on!
It was a Hot night so I put a little cute red dress.

I started to put Simon's things in my bag and make sure I put his lil blanket in it in case it gets cold.
It was now 7:45. My phone rang and it was Liam. He told me he'll be there in 5. He told me he'll come up to change his shirt and help me with Simon.
10 min later I heard a knock on the door and Liam came in. And he took my breath away! He was starting at me and we stood there eye fucking each other for a good min. He was in all his glory.
"So... I guess I'm the only one who didn't get the memo for the red dress code" he laughed and come closer.

I chuckled and stayed silent. He pulled me closer and whispered in my ear "You look good in that dress. And danm those curves!" he started to kiss my neck and a small moan escape my lips. "Liam... Stop! Simon is watching" he pulled back and looked at Simon who was concentrated on his toys. I know what he wanted to say but I talked first "let's go!" He sighed and took Simon while I take my bag.

We went to his car and he putted Simon in his car seat. "Oh you didn't take it off since last time?" He raised an eyebrow "No. why?" I get in my seat and waited for him to get in. "I thought you would take it out... since you went to work this morning. A baby sit in a Officer's car is weird." We both laughed.

We arrived at the restaurant and we were having a good time. At first The waitress putted us in the family corner beside the playground. At first I was about to say no but Liam just went ahead and took a sit. Now Simon was running everywhere with his new friends. Liam and I were chatting. "I really love this place... it reminds me of my mom." I smiled sadly remembering how mom would cook us some Haitian food and told me to never forget about my roots or when she was teaching my father how to dance to (Kompa).
"Tell me more about your family Sora... if you don't mind"

"My family was like all other normal families... I always wanted to have a family like my parents built on my own. My mom was born in Haiti but Lived her whole life on a French Caribbean island. Until she had to go to France for college. That's when she met my dad... Ah! My dad. He was a goofy old man" I kept my head down because my tears started to fall.

"My dad was two years younger than my mom... He was born in Rhode Island and moved to France when he was also young. He got a scholarship and was two years ahead. That's how he ended up in the same University as my mom. He was majoring in economics she was a law student. They were in love even the last time I saw them together..."
He didn't say a word and let me continue.

"My brothers and I were all born in France except for Simon. Sean is an introvert just like me. He's a possessive brother and love me unconditionally. He loves Playing piano but he gave up because he wanted to follow my dad's step in economy."

"Sammy has the same personality as my dad! He's a goofy but sensible man. I got closer to him ever since my pregnancy and... anyways Liam that's why I really need to get them back! Because I cannot imagine a world they are not in it. I'm really trying to be strong for Simon but if anything happens to them... I- I can't trust myself with my own life." I looked at him in the eyes to show him how serious I was.

"Sora! Stop saying stupid shit like that! I will never let you do anything crazy you hear me? I'll try my best to get you and your family back together but please stop... I won't forgive myself if anything happened to you or Simon" he was mad and sad at the same time. "I won't let anything like that to happen again" he whispered to himself but I heard him.

We were sitting there in complete silence... I felt someone by my chair and I saw Simon putting his arms up for me to lift him. I put him on my laps and he was stealing the rest of my meat.

"Hum... Liam I think I'll need to go over my old Condo to take the rest of my belongings! I looked on the Uni Website today and I think I'll quite for the rest of the year. And when everything is getting back to normal I'll restart the year."

"Think about it carefully Sora." I took a deep breath "I thought about it and that's what I want. I need to take care of myself and Simon and I'm not stable emotionally right now..."

"You'll lost the whole year but... Sigh... I understand" I gave him a small smile "Thank you. I think it's time to head back home. Simon is sleepy and I need to be mentally ready for tomorrow"

"You are right sweetheart." He caress my cheek tenderly and got up taking Simon on my lap. Sweetheart? Sweetheart?
