The morning after, Arlo headed to the office to report about the case. They haven't spotted anything suspicious going on yet, so just as expected, they were to go undercover until they've caught the dealers on act.

Somehow, Arlo thought that since the transactions occured at the bar, it's possible that the owner was aware of it, and in fact, he might even be involved too.

Later that night, Arlo headed to the bar again along with the other undercover detectives. The first thing he noticed when he entered was that there wasn't a lot compared to when they came yesterday, and most of them were just drinking or either making out.

When Arlo looked at the stage, he immediately saw John. The dark haired man was wearing a very tight shorts and bow-tie on his neck, he was dancing explicitly on the stage, but it seems like he wouldn't remove anything at this point.

John isn't scheduled for the specials show tonight, in which Arlo was glad. After all, it's hard trying to focus when your former rival is whoring himself in front of the stage.

Arlo looked around, and he noticed something. There was a man, completely covered up, wearing the provided mask and a face mask on his mouth. He wore a trench jacket and kept looking around, trying to see if there's any witnesses, and Arlo tried to make it seem like his attention is diverted to something else. When the man was convinced that no one was watching him, he nodded his head, walking towards in which Arlo assumed to be the restroom.

Since the rest room was from the other side, Arlo immediately informed his team about this.

"Reid, head to the restroom at once, hide the recording chip somewhere and leave immediately."

"Kiel-- I noticed someone suspicious, I'll try to follow him, so stay nearby." he said quietly with his mic on.

Soon enough, Arlo noticed another guy, following the man wearing a trench coat. His suspicions were right, they were trying to get into the restroom.

"Done."

Shortly, Arlo followed them, staying behind the door. He couldn't really hear what they were discussing, but he's sure he'll find out once he retrieved the recording chip.

The other man came out first, and not long after, the man wearing a trench coat came.

Arlo purposely bumped him, hard. Taking the opportunity to place the tracker on his pocket.

"Don't you have eyes?!"

"Chill, it wasn't intentional." Arlo replied calmly.

"You're lucky I have better else to do." after that, the man left, rushing his way out.

Arlo immediately entered the restroom, trying to find the chip.

"Where's the chip?" he asked.

"At the sink."

Arlo looked under the sink, retrieving it immediately.

"They've left now. We're done here for tonight." Kiel said, "Let's meet up inside."

The blond headed back to the bar, approaching Kiel and Reid the moment he saw them.

"Kiel, let's look more into the recordings at the morning," Arlo said, "I've placed a tracker on him. Tell Isen to watch his location now."

"The chief tells us that we can leave now." Reid said, "Let's go."

"You two go ahead, I'll stay here for awhile." Arlo informed them, "I just saw a friend. I might as well talk to him before I leave."

When the two have left, Arlo's eyes searched for John. He was no longer in the stage, but was sitting in one of the customer's table. Arlo sitted somewhere nearby.

The blond watched them and the urge of dragging John away from the man was strong the more he watched. The man was old, and he had a red hair. For some reason, Arlo thought that he looked familiar. Man was trying to force John to drink, and he looked really uncomfortable. John kept declining, but he ended up drinking when he was offered with more money. The man kissed him after he drank, and Arlo swore that he noticed John's hands trembling.

He also touched John below, his fingers sliding inside John's shorts as he forced him to drink more.

"I've told you John, people like you are doomed to fail." the red haired man said, "Look at you now, being fucked and stripping for money. "

Arlo felt irritated. John is just seriously letting this slide?!

"Drink."

"I feel dizzy..." John's voice was weak.

"You can handle more than that."

John kept drinking, and after a few minutes, he was wasted. The man kept doing advances to him, and John didn't evem seem conscious of what was happening around.

When the bar was about to close, the man left John there, completely stripping him off and tearing his clothes before leaving. Arlo approached him, wishing he've atleast brought a jacket to cover him up. John was asleep now, and Arlo being so close made Arlo notice some of the bruises that John had. By the time that everyone but him have left, a thin man with a pink hair shyly walked towards them. Judging his attire, he seemed to be a bartender.

"Is he alright?" the pink haired man asked.

"John's very drunk. The old man was very pushy and keeps forcing him to drink. " Arlo responded

"You know John?"

"We went to the same school." Arlo answered.

The pink haired man left for awhile, heading towards the backstage. When he came back, he had a bag with him.

"This is John's bag, he had some clothes there... Can you dress him?"

Arlo nodded his head, "I want to ask something, do you know the man who was with John earlier?"

"His name is Keon. I don't know much about him but, he comes back here for John atleast once every two weeks. This is the first time he've gotten John this drunk."

Keon... It really seemed like he've heard that name before.

"B-by the way, I'm Quin." he smiled, "You should rush now because it's already getting late... John hasn't been well since earlier, and since you know him..."

So John was sick today? Why did he even bother coming?

"It's fine. I'll take care of him."

Quickly, Arlo started dressing John. He was being careful not to touch his bruises, and to not wake him up. His skin was burning and Arlo couldn't believe he really was sick. As much as the blond hated John, he wasn't that heartless to just leave him there. Still, he didn't knew where John lives, and it's a hassle to bring him if he's just going to carry him as he walks.

It's already passed three, and Arlo was lucky enough that there were still taxies at this hour. Instead of trying to figure out where John lives, he've brought him on his own home, lying him on his bed, while he himself slept on the couch.
