"Call her!" Luke yells
"Okay okay!" I quickly dialed her number and put the phone to my ear .
•ring• •ring• •ring•
"Hello?" she answers..
"Hey is everything alright?"
"Yeah I jus-"
"SCARLETT!"
"H-hold on.. yes dad?"
"What are you doing?!"
"Homework why?"
"Why isn't the house clean! I told you to clean when I left!"
"U-you were gone for awhile I-I'm sorry I forgot.."
"Get in the car guys " I put the phone to my chest and grab the keys
"What's happening..?" Calum whispers
I click the speaker button..
"God I ask you to do one thing!" *thud*
"Dad please I'm sorry!"
We quickly start the engine and I speed down the street.
*Thud thud thud*
"You. worthless. piece. of. shit."
I squeeze my eyes shut afraid of what's happening on the other line..
Scarlett's pov
"God i ask you to do one thing!"
he pushes me off my chair.
He picks me up and pushes me up against my wall
"You.worthless.piece.of.shit." He yells, repeatedly banging my body on the wall.
My phone. I didn't hang up. shit!
He drags me by my hair and before he was fully out the door I grabbed my phone.
"Piece of shit for a person!"
"I'm sorry you guys" is all I say and hang up the phone. they didn't need to hear this.
He drags me down the hallway to the wooden stairs..
he wouldn't..
I tried to fight back but he pushed me down the stairs. I feel my body tumble to the kitchen floor.
I groan in pain unable to get up.
"Don't ever disrespect me again." is all he said and left the house

I hear the door open and I yelp thinking it's my dad
"Ih my god Scarlett " I know exactly who it is.
