Miley's POV

6 AM

"Miley, you can go home. You need sleep."

"Noah I'm fine. I slept a little in that chair and there's coffee in the cafeteria."

"It isn't fair to you either." Noah tells Ethan.

"I'm your husband, I'm staying. Besides, you're nine centimeters. It's gonna be soon." Ethan replies.

"That's what you said three hours ago."

"Noah, you only have one more to go. Trust me, it's all worth it in the end."

"I know you're trying to make things better, Miley, but I'm just in a really bad mood. I know it's gonna be worth it."

"I just love you and hate seeing my baby sister in pain." Then I see Noah roll her eyes. "What?"

"I'm not your baby sister anymore, Miley. I'm literally about to have a baby myself."

"I can still call you my baby sister. You'll always be my baby sister, no matter how old you get or how many babies you have."

"Oh my god, I swear this is gonna go on forever. He's never gonna fucking come out."

"Want me to go get Dr. Walsh to see if it's time?" Ethan offers.

"I don't know. All I know is that I'm having a really bad fucking contraction and I want it over."

"Go get her." I tell Ethan.

Soon later Ethan comes back with Dr. Walsh and a couple nurses. We aren't even sure if it's time yet, but I'm glad some nurses came in anyway.

"Okay Noah, you're at ten centimeters. Who's all staying?" Dr. Walsh says.

"Ethan and Miley both."

"And you're sure about this Noah?" I ask her.

"Yes, Miley. I'm sure."

"Ethan could you hold her leg back?"

"Uh..."

"Ethan it's okay. He's kinda freaked out about this." Noah says to Dr. Walsh. "Can he just hold my hand?"

"I can hold her leg. Ya know, if she's comfortable with that." I suggest.

"That'd be great, as long as it's okay with Noah." Dr. Walsh says.

"It's fine. As long as I can have someone to hold my hand."

"I can do that babe." Then Ethan held Noah's hand.

"A nurse will hold your other leg up, okay?"

"Okay..." Noah sounds really nervous, but I don't blame her. I'm pretty sure all first time moms freak out about this. "I'm freaking out."

"I'm right here babe." Ethan says to Noah, then kisses her forehead.

"Okay Noah, when I tell you to push, you push until I say ten." Noah nods her head, and I hold her left leg while the other nurse holds her right leg. "Push Noah." Noah takes a deep breath, and starts to push as Dr. Walsh counts.

"Miley, I can't do this." Noah says after she stops.

"That was only one push, you have a lot more to go." I reply. "I know you can do this, Noah. You're strong, and you've got two people here for you instead of only one."

"Push again Noah."

As Noah continued to push, I started to realize what Liam went through with me when Jessica was born. Noah only held my hand, she couldn't see what Liam saw, and now what I'm currently seeing. I can see from Liam's view. He had a better look at my face. If I was feeling what Noah's feeling right now, I know why Liam got so upset seeing me like this. It's an exciting experience, but it's hard to see my little sister in so much pain. I started to tear up, but I had to hold them back. I didn't wanna make Noah even more emotional than she already is.
