Miley's POV    

"Miley, they don't start filming til December." Then I start to tear up.

"Am I really making you choose between your career and a possible baby?"

"Possible? Miley, what do you mean?"

"I mean I might not get pregnant for a while, it might take a while...I also kinda had a secret appointment with Dr. Walsh."

"What? Why?" Liam asks.

"I just wanted to ask what my chances were of getting pregnant. I know I'm only thirty-two but with the past pregnancies I've had...they weren't very 'normal'."

"Well? What'd she say?"

"She did an exam, and did a transvaginal ultrasound...she said I have a weak cervix. Basically it'll be harder for me to have a baby."

"If you have a weak cervix, did that cause the problems with the twins or Jessica?"

"No. She said my cervix was fine, otherwise she would've caught it. She said it can weaken after difficult pregnancies and or deliveries. She also said it can lead to miscarriages..." I explain with tears in my eyes.

"Hey, it'll be okay. It may sound like it's gonna be a difficult time, which it will. We're in for a rough ride...but I know we can get past this. Especially you because of how strong you are."

"I don't know if I'm ready for a miscarriage." Then Liam pulls me in close and hugs me.

"There's no guarantee you're going to have one." Liam kisses the top of my head and I pull away. "Don't be negative. You taught our kids to always be positive about everything, no matter the situation. Remember what you taught them..."

"I know." I say as Liam wipes my tears away. He kisses me on the lips, then looks at me.

"I'm not taking the part."

"Liam, please. I don't care when it starts. I want you to take it. Don't decline it just because of what I told you. I know it's gonna make you happy."

"You make me happy." He replies.

"I know that, but I still want you to take it. I saw how excited you got when you told me you got it...don't turn it down. We can start trying later, when you're done. There's enough time for that. But you can't change your mind while they're in the middle of filming, when they've already got someone else. Please don't make a mistake."

"I hate it when you're always right." Then I smile.

"You love me."

"I do, but I also hate it when you're always right."

"I'm not always right."

"Maybe not, but you are many many times."

"I love you." I say while I laugh.

"I love that so much."

"You love what so much?"

"Your laugh, it lights up the room. Your smile does too, I'm glad our kids got that from you. They're a lot more like you than me in many ways." Liam replies.

"Um, no. I told you before that Leo is almost an exact copy of you. Maybe the girls are more like me, but they're still a lot like you. Like your sense of humor, your height..."

"Yeah, they are pretty tall...Cece isn't as tall as Leo though, and they're the same age. Maybe she'll take after your height."

"Yeah, I don't know. And I don't really care how tall they get, as long as they stay healthy...that's all that matters to me." Then Liam smiles and kisses me.
