Miley's POV      

Liam and I were at the restaurant enjoying our time together. Well, he was completely enjoying it. I was pretty much enjoying it, but I was also worrying about the kids. I couldn't help it, I'm a mom.

"Miley, babe, hello..." Liam says, waving his hand in front of me.

"Hmm? What?"

"Babe, what's up? You seem distracted."

"Nothing, I'm fine..." I lie.

"Miley." He says seriously.

"Okay, okay. I'm worried about the kids..."

"Miley, babe, c'mon. They're fine. Noah and Ethan are fine with the twins, Emma and August are fine with Jessy."

"But I can't help but think if something happens..." I say, then he sighs.

"Do you wanna call Emma and Noah to see how they're doing?"

"Yeah...is it okay?"

"Go ahead." He says, nodding. I smile and take out my phone. I first called Emma to ask about Jessica.

"Hey Miley, aren't you and Liam supposed to be having dinner or whatever?" Emma says when she answers her phone.

"Well, yeah. But I wanted to ask how Jessy is doing."

"Miley c'mon, she's fine. She's been over here hundreds of times. Why are you so worried?"

"It's just...normally when she's there I'm home or something and not busy. And if something happens I can get over there quick." I say, then sigh. "I know I'm probably sounding crazy..."

"You are, to be honest. I mean, not like crazy but just a little over protective right now. And if something were to happen, which nothing will, August and I are right here."

"Yeah...you're right. You've got August there, and Landin is there to play with her...I'm sure everything is fine."

"It is. So don't worry and ignore Liam. Have fun, that's the reason we took Jessy and Noah took the twins. You two needed a night out alone. Jessy and Landin are playing great, too. Sometimes I swear they've got crushes on each other by how they are together." Then I laugh.

"Yeah...I've wondered the same thing. That'd be adorable...well, I suppose I should go."

"You should. Don't worry, we've got this." Emma says, then I smile.

"Thank you. Okay, bye."

"Bye."

Then I hang up and put my phone down.

"Well? Jessy is fine, isn't she?" Liam asks.

"Shut up. I'm a mom, I'm allowed to worry sometimes."

"What were you talking about when you said something would be adorable?"

"Oh, Emma was saying it'd be cute if Landin and Jessica had little crushes on each other. I agreed." I say with a smile.

"Pfft. Well, Jessy isn't gonna be dating anytime soon." Liam says, crossing his arms.

"Babe, she's three. It isn't like she's gonna go sneak out to meet a guy and go have sex."

"Okay okay, shush. I don't need to think about my little girl...doing it." Then I laugh. "Ha ha ha, so hilarious. Just call Noah and check on the twins if you're still planning on doing that."
