Also my arms are killing me tbh. I had to do weight room and, I have no upper body strength, so my arms are hecka sore and it's been like this for 2 days now. Kinda worried I pulled a muscle but ok... (but I dead lifted 90lbs and my friends cheered me on and someone called me strong so we living ig).
