(Y/N) Pov
I wake up and with a horrible headache. I quickly stand up. A sharp pain enters my entire body. What happened? Then I look at my hands and legs they are covered in blood and scratches. Then I look at my surroundings. I'm in a house it is old and dirty the paint missing and several holes are all around the walls. I drag myself slowly across the floor to get out of there. Whatever is happening here I'm not staying for.But when I touched the ground it froze eminently being covered with a sheet of ice. "What the frick is happening??" I screamed. I keep fighting through the pain and dragged myself out the door. When I got out I saw a village. Everyone was staring at me with a concerned look on there face. Finally one of them spoke " Hey, (y/n) you finally woke up. To be honest, I didn't think you would live, those were some serious injuries." I just stared back with a confused look on my face. "Wh... what happened?" I muttered. "You don't remember? You must have gotten worse! I'll carry you bad to the medic you obviously need more medical attention." Before I could protest he scooped me up and carried me to a red tent and set me on a bed. A woman with long light blue hair and brown eyes quickly approached us. She moved so quickly her black cape swooped behind her. The man seemed to be slightly intimidated by her and walked away in a hurry. "How are your injuries doing (y/n)?" She asked. Her tone was very unpleasant and I now understood why the other man left in such a hurry. I reasoned that my only chose would be to trust her. "Well, my legs hurt very badly and so do my arms." She scoffed and hovered her hands above me and I immediately felt relief. "After this, you need to stay the night here to make sure your temporary memory loss is gone." I nodded not really knowing what to say. From her mannerism, I could tell that she didn't want to talk to me, let alone answer my questions.
That night I went to bed cold. Too afraid to ask for a blanket. I tried to piece any of my memories together but nothing seemed right. Something about everyone just seemed off. Everyone acted normal enough but something just didn't seem right. I needed to get out of here. Something in my gut told me that I shouldn't stay here. Since my legs were healed I quietly crept out of the room and left I walked back to the house I was in before. At first, I was worried I wouldn't be able to remember what my supposed house looked like but luckily it was the only one with a door opened.
When I walked in the dust immediately stirred and all the floorboards creaked. I looked through everything to see if there was anything worth taking. I grabbed several outfits and a cloak. I kept looking through everything. Tearing everything apart if I wasn't coming back, there was no point keeping anything neat. Even though I had looked through everything I couldn't find any money. When I was giving up figuring I didn't have any money I walked across an extra squicky floorboard. I realized it was loose so I pulled it back and saw a ton of money. It must have been 200,000 jewels. I started packing all the money in my bag. If I was going to leave I needed to get out before sunrise.
When I had collected almost all the money I heard a voice say "(Y/N) what are you doing?" I quickly whipped my head to the side to see a boy my age with spiky brown hair and sparkling green eyes sitting in my window seal. It took every ounce of courage not to scream and not make a scene. I grabbed the last bit of money under the floor and ran. I ran as I had never run before. Even though my memories were wiped being there gave me an uneasy feeling. So I kept running. In the distance, I heard the same boy calling my name but I didn't want to find out what he wanted. Hearing his voice only made me run faster. Whatever this place was, I was leaving and not coming back ever again even if my memories return I made a special scratch on (body part) to remember not to return.
I eventually stopped at a hill out of breath. I was probably a half a mile away from the village. I took my (b/c) bag and climbed a nearby tree and got some sleep.
When I woke up I was so hungry. I took a blanket and cut holes into it and attached a pole to it to make a makeshift net. I managed it to get three fish. I needed to cook them somehow. Then my hands magically caught on fire. I must be a fire wizard I thought. After I was done eating I needed to store the fish somehow. Then when I grabbed the fish and they froze! "What?!" I exclaimed. "I thought I was a fire wizard? It doesn't matter soon my memories will be back, hopefully." I picked up my bag and started walking towards Fiore. I had always wanted to visit there. That day, that night, that year my memories never came back.
