At the Wishing Well (Reader × oc × Fariy Tail)

Chapter 4

(Y/N) pov

   When I woke up, I could hear Zeke snoring and I laughed. I looked over at Cyra and saw she was sleeping too.  I decided to let them both sleep because Crya was never really a morning person and she was always grumpy if she didn't get enough sleep, so I figured Zeke might be the same way. What should I do I thought. I can't just do nothing. Well, I guess his apartment is kind of dirty, so I started picking up things, dusting and doing dishes. Then I looked through his food pantry and fridge the only thing he had was cereal. I hadn't ever had cereal before but I knew it wasn't going to very good. I poured it into a bowl and started eating it. Cereal is nasty. Then I heard footsteps. "What are you doing?" I heard a very sleepy voice ask me. "Since you let me stay here I thought I would help you," I responded cheerfully. "Oh, I wasn't excepting that."

   "So since your here do you want a tour? After all, you said it was your dream to be here." Said Zeke. "Yes thank you so much," I say with a smile.  "Actually she can't. We were just leaving. Come on (y/n) let's go." Said Cyra. "Cyra you're finally awake. I see you didn't get enough sleep." "Come on Cyra, it's just a tour and plus isn't getting to Fiore your dream too?" Pleaded Zeke. "Well..." "Come on Cyra this is your dream too let's go." "Fine whatever." "Yay! Let's go then." "Okay, first as the official Fiore expert I should take you guys to the castle," Zeke said in his best important person voice. I laughed even though I knew Cyra was annoyed. Sometimes Cyra could be a real stick in the mud.

Zeke pov
  When I offered (y/n) a tour I half expected her to decline because of Cyra, but I was glad that she accepted.  When I took her to the castle I told her everything I knew about it. It turns out she really didn't know anything about Fiore. Then I showed her all the best shops and restaurants. We spent the entire day shopping and laughing. Turns out (y/n) had a good sense of humor. She tried on outfits and I rated them. Then when she finally found the perfect outfit I paid for it as a welcome to Fiore gift. Then I tried on several hats all of which looked dumb on me, but at least it was amusing too (y/n).

   I tried to get Cyra on my good side and bought a pair of shoes (y/n) said she would like but when I tried giving them to her she just turned around. (Y/n) said not to worry and that, she may seem like she doesn't like me, but that she'll come around. I sure hope she does soon. Maybe if she meets Casper she may like me better.

Cyra pov
   I can't believe (y/n) trusts a complete stranger over me. She's known me much longer than him and she just completely tossed away all my advice and trusted him. To make matters worse he tried buying my friendship. Why are people so dumb?

Zeke pov
   "What's that?" I see that (y/n) was pointing to the grand magic game arena. ***WARNING SPOILERS skip this paragraph if you haven't finished the grand magic games arc.*** "That's the grand magic games arena obviously." "What's the grand magic games?" "What!!! You've never heard of the grand magic games?!??! So let me explain then so there was thisreallystrongguildnamedSabertoothandthisguildnamedfairlytailwhichwastheunderdogbecausetheycameinlastplace..." "Jeez take a breath I didn't understand a single thing you said." "Sorry I just really loved this year's games." "So there was this guild named Sabertooth and they were number one every year and there was this guild named Fairy Tail and they were the underdogs because they lost every year but this time they had some of the strongest people on their team and they won the games. I was so proud of Fairy Tail."

    "What's Sabertooth and Fairy Tail?" "Well I don't really know that much about Sabertooth but fairy tail is only the best guild ever everyone cares so much about each other. I think that guild is like no other." "Wow, you must really love fairy tail don't you?" "Yeah, of course, I had always looked up to people like Ezra, Natsu, and Gray." "By the way, there is a park right next to the arena. Do you want to check it out?" "Sure why not." She responded with. When we walked in the park it felt like it was just me and (y/n) it was like time stopped. Then we stopped at a wishing well. "What's that?" She asked. "You don't know what a wishing well is?!" "Don't judge." She said while playfully shoving my shoulder. "What you do is you say what your wish is and throw in a coin. Here take this dime."

(Y/n) pov
   I took the dime from him and then I wished I could join fairy tail. For someone who's not even part of the guild talk so passionately about it, it must really be something amazing. Thanks to Zeke I now know what my new dream was. Then I threw my coin in. "What did you wish for?" He asked. "I can't tell you that's not how wishes work it won't come true if I tell you," I say with a smile. "You don"t know what a wishing well  is, but you know how wishes work?" "Doesnt everyone?" "Fine whatever I guess I won't tell you what mine is then." "I wouldn't want you too anyway then it wouldn't come true."

   Then I saw him look at his watch. "Crap I'm really late Casper is going to kill me. I'm really sorry (y/n) I really have to go, but I hope I see you again soon." "Bye," I say as I wave goodbye to him.

   "What are we going to do now?" Complained Cyra. "Zeke just left us here and now we have nowhere to go." "On the contrary Cyra." "What are you talking about?" "I know exactly what we're doing." "And what is that?" "We're going Fairy Tail!" I exclaim. "What we don't even know what a guild is." "Well, Zeke said something about the grand magic games which means it has to have something to do with magic. If it does then I can ask someone about my magic. Come on Cyra I don't think we'll regret it." "Fine whatever it's not like you'll even listen to my opinion anyway." "Yay!!" I cheered.
