His eyes found mine, in the heavily crowded space. I smiled, and he returned one. He opened his mouth again and started singing his verse. He was all sweaty and his cheeks were even redder than normal. The fans went crazy and I looked at my grandma. Her fingers were in her ears and her eyebrows were furrowed. I don't even know why my mother brought this up in the first place, but my grandma agreed to come to his concert, so here we were. I looked at her and she smiled, trying to reassure me that eventhough it was very loud, she was still having fun. I brought my mouth to her ear.

"Do you wanna go backstage?" I asked her, and she nodded, so I pushed her wheel chair through the crowd. Luckily we had our own area to stand, so the fans weren't all around her the whole time.

"Excuse me." "Sorry." "Can you move?"

On our way backstae some fans asked if I wanted to a picture with them, so I did. When we finally arrived backstage my grandma sighed.

"Well, that was loud!" She said and we laughed. She stood up from her wheelchair and sat down on the couch. She always said she didn't need the wheelchair, old people: too stubborn to admit they need help.

"So, which one is yours? The hot one? The cute one?" She asked, and I laughed at her choice of words. I didn't know who she meant though, so I grabbed my phone and searched for a picture of Zach.

"That's him." I said and she smiled. I knew she was gonna say something about him but before she could open her mouth I cut her off.

"So? What do you think about the songs?" I asked as I snatched my phone from her.

"Hey! I wanted to look at that picture for a little longer!" She said, but I knew she was kidding. I sat down beside her and we talked for a little longer until the boys came backstage.

"Hey babe!" Zach said and I pecked his lips. The other boys walked in and greeted me.

"Oh! Hello there." My grandma said and she waved at them. They all started laughing at her behavior.

"Grandma, this is Zach, my boyfriend. And that is Jonah, Jack, Corbyn and Daniel." I said and as I mentioned their names they nodded their heads. "Guys, this is my grandma, Annie." She stood up to politely shake their hands, but after the third step, I saw she had a hard time walking, and just when I wanted to help her walk, she fell.

"Whoops! There I go again." She said as if it was a joke. My mom walked in and helped her back up. The boys laughed and all grabbed a bottle of water.

"Well, I think I should go now, because it is getting too hot in here." She said jokingly. I rolled my eyes at her comment and helped her up. "It was nice meeting you, if you ever need me, ask y/n for my number, eventhough I don't really know how that thing works." She mumbled the last part. I rolled her out of the room, and my mom and Zach followed me. When we were outside, I helped her get in the car, and when Zach walked out of the door, I heard fans screaming, eventhough they couldn't see us. When I grabbed her seatbelt she whispered something in my ear.

"You chose the right boy, not gonna lie, he's pretty hot." She said and smirked. I don't know if she had always been like this, it must've been a lot for my grandpa to handle, eventhough he loved her till his very last breathe, I swear the god, this woman, is a stubborn one.
