Warm heart, cold touch (Vampire Verse)

Winter's arrival.

(A/N. So um... I am doing a little better, but still feeling not the greatest. <3)

Encres P.O.V

I wake up. Fallacy is holding me protectively. He fell in love with me and didn't kill me because he had longed for the feeling of love once more? at least he does love me. I shift slightly to get closer to Fallacy. he seems peaceful like this. the calmest I've ever seen him. the room was cold. I glanced to the window. it was... snowing? It was difficult to see because of my position and the darkness. Fallacy shifted a bit. He held me tightly for a moment then loosened. kind of like a hug almost. "Good morning, my love." (basically, night is day time for them since their vampires and the can't be in daylight) "m- morning." I whisper. At this point the bitter cold was starting to get to me. I shivered a bit. "Encre, are you cold?"

"mhm." he  sat up and grabbed a warmer blanket from the end of the bed. he pulled over us and brought me closer to him. "better?" I nestled my face into his chest. "y- yes." I answered quietly. I brushed my hand over one of his wounds. they were of coarse still healing, it had only been a few days ago.  I began to cry a bit remembering how hurt he was and how scared I was about losing him. Fallacy must of noticed due to the fact that he let out sigh. "Encre, are you alright?" he asked in the same warm and concerned voice as he always had. "y- yes, I'm fine, I just... Recalled a p- painful memory." the room fell silent for a moment. "we should get up." Fallacy kissed my fore head and got up. I was still really cold to when I got up I wrapped the warm blanket that Fallacy had pulled over us. Fallacy got dressed and walked over to a drawer. he pulled something out. "one of the maids was able to get the blood stain out of your clothes." he laid them out on the bed. I looked at them, then glanced at Fallacy. "I can leave if you want me to." I nodded my head. he left the room. I don't know why but I examined my clothes to see if anything had changed. I noticed that the buttons had been replaced with newer ones and there was gold embroidery on the collar. I put my clothes on. they were much more comfortable than the clothing I had been wearing before. I came out and to my surprise, Fallacy had waited. if anything, his expression told me he liked me like this. after all, this was the outfit he took me in. I smiled calmly in response.

Suave's P.O.V

Well, it seem quite obvious that winter has truly made it's return. It's always so difficult trying to heat the whole castle. not to mention Encre's dear friend Thorn. the girl won't listen when I keep trying to tell her to take it easy, her wounds are just to sever I'm impressed she can even walk. Fallacy seems to be better as well. I've known for a while he'd always hated winter. but I think Encre is keeping him in check. 

Encre's P.O.V

It's a bit warmer in the main hall but sitll cold. Hopefully winter for me this year won't be as bad as it was last year.
