(Warning: Swearing)
(This Chapter is dedicated to my Patton. Love you dada!)(Third Person)
Virgil kicked open the door to Logan's house. "Im hooome!" He shouted."Virgil, there's no one else present in the house." Logan said, walking in after his son.
Patton followed behind the two, a content smile on his face as he watched the two. He sat down on the couch, sighing with relief.
Logan followed Virgil upstairs and into Virgil's room. "We are going to need to renovate your room to your liking."
Virgil nodded glancing around the room. "This could work. Can we paint the walls black and purple?"
Logan and Virgil continued to discuss room plans late into the day. Roman eventually showed up and they all agreed on ordering pizza for dinner. They sat in a comfortable silence, enjoying their food until Roman spoke up.
"Logan. May I speak with you in private?"
Logan's eyebrow peaked upward. "Uhm.. Sure. I can speak with you upstairs in my room." Logan stood up, wiping his mouth with a napkin.
Roman followed Logan upstairs, getting a confused look from Virgil. Once they were in the room, Logan turned to Roman.
"What did you need to talk about?"
Roman hesitated before going through with his question. "I uh... May I date Virgil..? Like ask him out on a date?"
Logan felt his protective parent instincts kicking in. "You wish to date Virgil?"
Roman nodded awkwardly.
Logan thought about it, considering the pros and cons. "Fine.. I trust you, but if you ever hurt my boy, it won't be pretty. I just got him out of a life of pain and I am really hoping this decision doesn't out him back in one."
Roman's face lit up. "I promise I won't hurt him! He means too much to much to me."
Logan liked those words, giving a nod of approval. "So when are you planning on asking him?"
"I was thinking as soon as I can." Roman said sheepishly.
"Alright then. Just don't do anything too flashy, Virgil's a calm kid who enjoys calm things." Logan explained.
"Will do! Thank you Logan." Roman smiled before leaving the room.
Logan watched Roman walk downstairs, feeling tears come to his eyes. His little boy grew up without him. He wasn't going to let Virgil grow up anymore without him in the picture.
He wiped his tears before returning downstairs."So... What did you and Princey talk about?" Virgil asked.
"Nothing really." Logan said with a monotone expression.
This worried Virgil a little bit, but he chose to brush it off for now. He was finally home and he was ready to spend the first few days relaxing.
"Uh.. Hey Virge... Can I ask you something?" Roman spoke in a nervous tone.
"Oh no.."
Im not dead!
Just super lazy.
