Chapter 30: first day away

TANYAS POV

"What am I going to tell my parents?" Rian asked

"What of you mean. you have to tell Luke first" I say

"Your right" Rian says

"Are you completely sure it's Luke's?" I ask

"Yes he is the only guy I've been around." Rian says

"Ok. tell him but not till he lands." I say

"Ok" Rian says

"Then a day after" I say

"A day after?" she says

"Yes. unless you want to tell him the day after he leaves his girlfriend is pregnant and they have no idea when he'll be back." I say

"Your right. I don't want to worry him." Rian says

"Now get some sleep and don't worry." I say

"I'll try" Rian says

"Worrying us bad got the baby." I say

I give her a reassuring hug then I leave. I drive home and snack back into my house back to my room. no calls or text from Calum. I feel this is the longest we've gone not talking. I miss him so much. I go to sleep.

*Next day*

I wake up and I had a missed call and a text from Calum. that said he landed and that he loved me. when I read that my eyes started to water. I missed him so much and it was only a day. barely.

Today is the last weekend till we start school again. I think that will make me a little less upset. I probably won't think about him that much. It's about 2am I text Calum.

Me: miss you soooo much love you

Calum💕: don't

I didn't think he'd be up and text back.

Me: don't?

Calum💕: don't miss me

Me: why

Calum: I don't want you to be sad

Me:awww

Calum💕: face time?

Me: ok

He makes me so happy. and the fact that he's texting me when he's suppose to sleep.

"Hii. babe" I say

"Hey" he says with a tired smile

"What time is it there?" I ask

"7 in the morning" Calum says

"Did I wake you?" I ask

"No I actually woke up earlier." he says

"Why were you up so early?" I ask

"This stupid jetlag" he says laughing "wait. why are you up?" Calum asks

"I-I I don't know." I say

He giggles "just thought you'd stay up?"

"Yea I guess" I say smiling

"You should probably sleep." he suggests

"Why?" I ask

"Don't you have like a meeting or something?" he asks

"Oh yea, I forgot." I say
