The increasing pain in my chest was spreading rapidly throughout my whole body, causing me to collapse to the stoney earth below me. I grasp my pounding head as the angered wind races around me. My heart beats ferociously as I lay panting on the grass. My fingertips tingle as I frantically push to my feet and continue running. A sudden rush of energy fills my body and I break into a sprint. I hear loud crashes along with the ringing in my ears as I sprint down the field. I stare down at my hands which have almost gone completely numb. As I slow down, I study my veins. I can feel my energy building up inside me. My veins begin to illuminate as if lights had just flicked on inside my body. I jump back at the sudden fear racing through me. The light glows brighter and brighter, until I can't bare to look at them any longer. And I don't. I look up at the sky. Clouds have circled around me and the rapid wind made it nearly impossible to hear. I can feel the energy move within me. I scream as excruciating pain flows through me like liquid. I see lightning strike the ground in front of me as I am propelled backward by the force. My head smacks to the ground and everything goes black.
