I wake up under the arm of Cade. The memory of our night still sits in my mind. We fell asleep about a couple of hours after the forth season of Friends. His warm chestnut scent, still lingers on his clothing. I gently slip away from his arms and glance over at Jeffery. He lays out stretched with the soft white blankets tangled within his legs and arms. I smile and head for the bathroom. I take a 5minute shower hoping to quickly wash my hair. I wash my only clothing in the bathtub. it hung drying so I quickly throw a towel on to cover up when I hear a knock at the door. I walk outside the bathroom and see both still sleeping, Cade now. slumped over a little from my absence. I make my way to the door and gently slide it open. My mom stands patently on the other side with a worried look. "oh good morning Aria, have you seen Jeffery?" she asked panicked. "yeah he came to sleep with us." I said sliding over for her to see. Her eyes soften and then drag to Cade. "Did he sleep on the floor all night?" she asked referring to Cade. I blocked her view again with my body. "Yup." I said smiling. She glances down at the towel. "Uh,where are your-" she starts. "Drying." I reply. She gave me a 'really?' expression before sighing. "Its a good thing i brought new clothes for you when we went to the mall, I'll go fetch them." she said turning around and heading for her room. She was a blonde with small white hairs showing through. She always wore lightly stained pink lip balm and her favorite charm bracelet that made her every step jingle. Her short ponytail swished from side to side as she walked. I close the door slightly to keep out the cold air conditioning in the hall. Cade stretches before his eyes flutter open. I sit down on the bed out of his view when he gets up. He looked alert but slow. He stretches again before heading to the bathroom without even glancing back. I see him spot my clothes through the open door. He stands confused with a worried look on his face. He swims his body around and then spots me. I raise an eyebrow at him. He looks away quickly staring now at the wall. "uh have you noticed that your clothing is in here?" he says staring at the wall. I giggle at his childish responses. "What you never seen a girl in a towel before?" I tease him. "No that's not-" he pleaded. He sighed before throwing my semi wet clothes on the bed and closing the door, ending our conversation.
