Two days have passed, and your report about the deceased girl was never confirmed. The police said there were no traces of any evidence that were found, despite the murderer being the rabbit killer. He was once known to give a lot of messy traces of evidence, one time being the killing spree day. So how was this any different? You didn't know what to think of this situation nor know what to do.

Your boss suggested that you should take a leave for two weeks, which was very long for you. You wanted to reduce it but of course, Hee-seul insisted. The said girl signed you up to a Korean tutor that will refresh your mind with familiar and basic Korean and teach you more advanced words once you get the hang of it. At the same time, that same Korean tutor will teach you privately to prevent you from going outside. You didn't refuse since you really need it for work use, but you declined her offer about the psychiatrist though.

Today was the day of the Korean tutor's arrival.

Apparently, the private tutoring was supposed to happen in your home. You were on your laptop, finishing paperwork that were supposed to be passed this week. You were on leave at the moment but you had nothing to do and the case was slowly eating your sanity away so you wanted to pass it as soon as possible. You kept reviewing everything on what happened so far on the case of the MAFIA. It looked like it was about to go on forever so it was very exhausting.

The doorbell rang.

You opened the door to greet the tutor, but to your surprise the face was somehow familiar. You tried to remember it but you couldn't... Your memory was blurry.

"Is there something on my face, miss? Or is it just your habit to stare at people you're unfamiliar with?" The man with dimples asked with concern in his voice.

You shook your head and welcomed the man inside. You have this strange feeling in your gut but you couldn't determine what it was warning you. You showed him to the kitchen and asked if he wanted water, he agreed and waited by the living room. You came back soon after and handed him a glass of water and sat across from him.

"Oh, forgive me for not introducing myself sooner. My name is Bang Namjoon," he introduced himself.

"And I assume you know my name already, Sir Bang?"

Namjoon chuckled and nodded, he provided a folder with a test paper inside and passed it onto you, "Please, call me Namjoon instead."

He paused for a moment before continuing, "I'll give you a test, but don't worry it's a short one. I just need to know how much you know the Korean language so I can know how much I should teach you."

You nodded as you grabbed the folder from him. He also passed you a pen for you to use. You began answering it and gave your best answer even though you were already aware that your knowledge of this test was pretty bad. After 30 minutes, you finished it with a smile. Namjoon returned the gesture and began checking the test paper. While so, he started up a simple conversation.

"I heard you are a detective, miss," Namjoon said.

You nodded at him, "Yes, I am."

"Do you have a lover?" He asked. It was unexpected of him to suddenly ask. Plus, you didn't know this man so how can he address that so casually? The nerve of this dude! You cringed while he was laughing at your reaction.

"Sorry, it was a joke," he said.

An unfunny one at that.

"It's alright! I was kinda feeling lonely these past few months so... Maybe I'm longing for someone," you laughed. After a few moments, you couldn't help but notice he was fluent in English.
