The Girl with the Gun 2

Think

The man lead me through the town. There was military people all around. It looked like a pretty happy town although tiny. We came to this building with a lot more military people.
"Go in and say your name", the man said, " They'll know you".
I walked in and I was bombarded with with men asking who I was.
"Who are you?", one said.
" What are you doing here?", another asked.
"I'm Anora Butler I was told I need to come here", I said.
They all began to laugh.
" Your not her", one laughed.
"Anora can use a gun. Your just a little girl", another laughed.
I pulled out my gun and began to shoot at the roof.
"Do you need anymore proof?", I asked as they got quiet, " Stupid men".
"We'll take you to Captain", one said.
We walked up the stairs as we down the Hall I could see the holes of where I shot. We got to this room and he opened the door for me. There was a man sitting in a big chair writing.
" Anora Butler, right? ", he asked not looking up.
" Yes", I said as I felt my knife vibrating. I got it out and it said:
"credidistis illi"
"Trust him"
"What is that?", he asked looking up.
" A knife. It was used in the old war against the demons. It burns any demon that touches it", I said.
"Can I touch it?", he asked.
" Sure why?", I asked as he touched it not burning.
"Just to show I'm no demon", he said, " I'm Captain Ren".
I nodded my head and he said, "your 20 right?"
"No I'm 14", I said which surprised him.
"So you already know how to wield a gun", he asked.
" Yes but only pistols and shotguns", I said looking outside the window.
"This town is called North Martiling. It's pretty small but it's the closest to the wall. That's why you see a lot of people training here", he said, " What's Angelpost like?"
"Well it's kinda like here just not many military people. Very secretive. Every Wednesday the adults would have a meeting.", I said.
" Didn't they sacrifice people?", he asked.
"Yes", I replied, " Lots of them".
I thought about my siblings and how they were all sacrificed.
"Anything else I should know?", he asked.
" No I left with not knowing many secrets myself", I said.
He paused for a second and said, "What if you joined us in this fight?"
"Well I want to grow up before I do any fighting", I said.
" Well you can train until your able to fight. We need your information about Angelpost and we can get it. That will be our first step to winning this war", he said, "since it is summer you can live your life in the day and help us at night".
I thought for a second. But I just want to be a kid. But they need me to help them.
" Before I make up my mind who was my father? What did he do?", I asked.
"You father's name was Aleko Butler. He was a great man. His name meant defender of man kind. He was intelligent he was a leader. "He said smiling, " We've heard stories of you from your father. So we've already made a home for you".
"Take me too it", I said starting to walk out of the room.
