Star bowed her head and cried hard. She felt guilty with everything that she had just thought of against Twinkle. She thought Twinkle was only a kid. She didn't deserve to be thought of wrongly like Star just did. Everything was never Twinkle's fault. Star wiped her tears and stood up. She turned to face Vicky and swallowed before she spoke, "Vicks, alam ko marami ka ng nagawa para sakin, sa amin, pero may isa pakong hihilingin sana sayo." Vicky looked at Star in the eyes, "Ano yun, Amelia?" She asked. Star took a deep breath, "Pwede samahan mo muna si Twinkle dito habang inaayos ko yung libing nila nanay at tatay? Hindi kita tatakbuhan, promise." Vicky shook her head, "Of course. Asikasohin mo lang ang kelangan mong asikasohin. Pero aasahan ko na at the end of the day, babalik ka dito. Magpapakita ka sa anak mo. Hindi mo sya iiwasan. At gaya ng sabi mo, hindi mo rin sya tatakbohan. Dahil kung hindi, makakaasa kang kahit saang sulok ng mundo ka magtago, mahahanap at mahahanap ka ng konsensya at karma." Star nodded. She swallowed back her tears and got herself together. She turned around to face her daughter, but again, she didn't touch her. She nodded at Vicky before she left her to be with Twinkle.

After a while, the doctor came in. He explained to Vicky about Twinkle's injuries. They told her they're going to have to keep her for at least a week. She had a couple of broken bones, one was her left arm and one broken rib. "To be honest, Ms. Perez, she's lucky na eto lang ang natamo nya. Nung nakuha sya, walang malay ang bata, but they told me she was protected by two people, male and female. I'm assuming they are a couple, and I'm assuming sila ang kasama ni Twinkle bumiyahe," the doctor said. Vicky nodded. "Parents nya po yun," she said as tears streamed down her face. The doctor nodded and continued, "Nakuha ang bata na yakap yakap sya ng mga ito. Siguro kung hindi nila sya pinrotectahan, she would not have survived." Vicky bowed and cried silently. The doctor added, "We confirmed the child's identity dahil sa lampin nya sa likod. It had "Twinkle Andrada" written on the side." Vicky let out a little laugh as she cried. She remembered the time when Agnes called her to ask her to buy more "lampin" for Twinkle as she kept losing it when she would play outside with all the other kids. This made Vicky cry even more as she realized Agnes and Arnel are now both gone. The doctor felt sorry for her, but he continued, "Besides ang broken bones at bugbog na katawan, there are no significant damage sa bata that we know of as of now, but we will keep her for a few days dahil she's a a child and we need to be extra sure there are no hidden injuries. Walang internal bleeding which is good. We know for sure she had a mild concussion. Pero sa brain scan nya, everything looks good and healthy. She might suffer from headaches and nausea for a few days, so we have to be mindful of that. We have to make sure din na her broken rib will heal properly. It should heal on its own pero syempre there will be pain especially when breathing. Our nurses can assist and give you instructions on how to help her do breathing exercises to help with the healing and also prevent pneumonia. We can ensure it heals properly by making sure na hindi rin ito napupwersa ng bata. It will take about two months to completely heal on its own. We can do ice packs and prescribe a pain reliever for her, too. I will also give you care instructions pagdating sa mga sugat nya." Vicky nodded and thanked the doctor before he left. She wiped her tears and held Twinkle's hand. "Mana ka talaga sa mommy mo, Alena. Parehas kayong palaban." Alena Twinkle Andrada was what Star's parents named her after Vicky transferred the full custody of Twinkle to them. Arnel wanted Twinkle to also have the first letter of her first name to be the letter A just like the three of them: Arnel, Agnes, and Amelia.

Meanwhile, Star hurried to get out of the hospital when a camera flash suddenly blinded her. A swarm of reporters just appeared out of nowhere and started asking her questions regarding her parents being involved in the accident. She tried to dismiss them as she hurried inside her car. This was the very first time reporters had crowded her. She thought she had never even established her place in the industry yet. She figured they were news reporters trying to report on the accident that her parents and Twinkle happened to be involved in. She just happened to be there, Star thought, although she can't help but wonder how could they have known that her parents were involved in the accident. She thought news really do travel fast.
