Chapter 26

"Tay~" i felt a soft voice calling my name. I ignored it and continued sleeping

"Tay~" this time i felt a pat on my cheeks, i brushed the hands of the owner off my face and continued sleeping

What is he up so early? It's weekend!

"Tay!" This time with a punch on my shoulder.

I woke up groaning while clutching the spot where he punched me. He was laughing at me. I looked at him with an annoyed face for waking me up this early.

"What?" I asked him, still annoyed, my voice were slightly raised

"You really are an uncle" he laughed at me

I was still confused, did he wake me up this early just to tease me? I looked at him with my confused face, demanding an answer from him

"We have TayNew Mealdate shooting today, you uncle" he said, throwing a pillow at me

My eyes widen at the realisation. I seriously forgot that we have shooting today because it had been awhile since we had a shooting together.

I quickly get up from the bed and head straight towards the bathroom, knowing that it would take a long time for me to prepare myself. New was already dressed, he just had to go to the office to put on some light makeup but we decided to go there together.

"Where's your shirt? Let me iron it for you" New asked before i step inside the bathroom

I smiled slyly at him and went to pinch his cheeks.

"Oh so now then you know how to be good to me?" I teased him

He slapped my hands away from his face and gave me a playful glare

"If it weren't because of we're late already, I won't even help you" he said while plugging the iron socket on.

I just chuckled at him and went inside the bathroom

"Just iron whichever shirt that is in my wardrobe, I haven't prepared my clothes yet" i told him after awhile

He just hummed at me and i continued showering.

Today's theme is flowery theme since tommorow is Valentine's day. So most of the restaurant that we went to have a flower menu in it. We ate a lot today and i feel like passing out already and of course, other than eating, we bickered a lot too. Not to mention that he ruins most of my food with his 'creative' food combinations. He seriously never let me eat in peace.

Now we we're currently at the last food spot for TayNew mealdate shooting for today. We were chilling after our closing speech but i realize that some of the camera is still on. I was sipping on my water, waiting for the staffs to pack up when New suddenly starts talking.

"Since you've given me a present this February, and tommorow is Valentine's day...." I was confused for a moment with his words.

"I wanted to give back something to you" Out of sudden, New took out a single white rose in a cylindrical plastic packaging while smiling shyly at me.

Is that for me?

I turn away shyly from him and drank my water to stop myself from grinning but i couldn't help it so i hid my face on my arms.

"It's white because it represents my purity" he continued

"Im begging you, change the meaning of it" i told him while laughing and he just chuckled at me
