Frente a la Delincuencia Gang's Rule Book

This book is a property of FALD (Frente a la Delincuencia). Anyone who possesses this book is set to abide by the rules hereby stated:

Article 1: Test

Every prospect should be able to pass the test that the gang conducts every year to be qualified as a member. (for newbies, renewing members and oldies.)

Article 2: Fighting

You are only allowed to fight when protecting innocent people, as well as when you defend yourself.

But death is not allowed here. BAWAL PUMATAY. Bugbugin mo na't lahat, wag lang mamatay. Ayos lang maospital. (except for the Grand Battles)

*Grand Battles- it is an every year event that gives every Gang a chance to be the CHIEF GANG OF THE YEAR. (being the Chief Gang of the Year gives you the right to control all the Gangs in the country) Pwede pumatay dito. Hindi naman sa ine-encourage ang mga Gangs na patayin ang kalaban nila, pero kung magiging matindi ang labanan, minsan kailangan magkamatayan.

Article 3: Threats

A. Threats FROM the Rivals

- Investigate them carefully.

- Wag magpapadala basta basta.

- I-report agad sa Head Clique/Head Chapter

B. Threats FOR the Rivals

- Investigate carefully din.

- Pwede mag-kidnap, pero hindi pwedeng saktan/patayin yung kinidnap. Threat nga lang diba?

- Mas maganda kung Direct Threat yung gagawin. Yung walang madadamay na ibang tao. 

* Ingatan ang mga mahahalagang tao sa buhay niyo. Hindi kayo pwedeng ma-attach ng sobra sa ibang tao.

* Sagot ng Gang ang kaligtasan ng pamilya ng mga members(nanay, tatay, kapatid, asawa, anak). Pero sa mga friends, girlfriend, boyfriend, special someone, labas ang Gang dun.

Article 4: Money

- No bribes. Just deals.

- Pag may bayad, may kapalit.

Tandaan: Hindi dapat bribe yun. Sana alam niyo ang pinagkaiba ng service na tapat sa bribe lang.

- Bawal manghiram/mangutang ng pera sa kapwa member. May FALD BANK tayo, dun kayo magfile ng loan.

Article 5: Missions (Relief Operations, Events)

- Every month, may kino-conduct tayong activity para sa mga nangangailangan.

- Members/Cliques are assigned to organize for each activity.

- We have funds, so don't worry about that.

Article 6: Quitting

A. Self Resignation.

- Pwede ka pang bumalik, pero magtetest ka ulit.

B. Ousted.

- Kapag kicked out ka na, bawal ka na bumalik. Bow.

Article 7: LOVE

Nagtaka kayo no? Hindi namin kayo pinipigilan magmahal. Ang samin lang, know when to start and know when to stop.

Don't be too attached nga diba? Alam niyo naman siguro ang pinasok niyong Grupo. Hindi ito basta basta organization lang. Not only your lives are at risk, but also those who are around you.

Kaya nga Pamilya lang ang limitation ng responsibilidad ng Gang. Kung gusto niyo, asawahin niyo muna ang girlfriend/boyfriend niyo para maprotektahan talaga sila. Ganun lang kasimple.

Take note:

Ang FALD ay binubuo ng mga Chapters. (Chapter- for every region/province/city)

Ang isang Chapter ay binubuo ng mga Cliques. (Clique-maliit na grupo.)

Every Chapter ay may minimum na 10 Cliques at Maximum na ang 30 Cliques.

Every Clique ay binubuo dapat ng minimum of 10 members at maximum ng 12 members.
