My feet drug on the ground as I followed after Kaldur.

"Hurry up, we do not want to be late." He glanced back at me. "Roy is impatient."

"And I am tired."

"You were asleep for over half a week."

I lowered my eyes, not responding to his statement.

All of that time, I relived everything that happened to me when Annabeth and I were captured. Thus, I am nowhere near as rested as Kaldur believes.

Torture is not a very restful activity.

I stumbled as my foot caught on the concrete. A small scream escaped my lips as I fell.

Hands grabbed my shoulders, keeping me from hitting the ground.

"Are you okay?" Kaldur asked.

"I am fine."

His eyes scanned mine, but he eventually nodded. His hand took mine and he continued to lead me towards where he was meeting his friend.

We came upon a café, which Kaldur pulled me into. Aside from the workers, only a few people were inside.

Including Roy.

He did not look up at us, even as we sat down.

"Why'd you bring her?"

"Everyone else had business to attend to, so I thought she would rather come with us than sit at home alone."

A waitress came over and sat a mug in front of Kaldur. He looked up at her, visibly confused.

"I did not order-"

"I ordered it for you." Roy interrupted.

I sat quietly as the two of them talked, my eyes glancing around.

My eyes froze on two people. One of them turned to stare at me, causing my blood to run cold. After a moment she looked back at her companion.

"We should go. Now." I mumbled, standing up.

"I'll agree with her on this. We should probably head out." Roy put some money on the table.

I pulled Kaldur out of the café, heart pounding in my chest, and glanced behind me.

"This way." Roy took the lead, leaving me to glance at our stalkers.

They were following us, feral grins spread across their faces.

I looked forward. My hand reached into my pocket and I drew out my pen as I did so. Then I looked over my shoulder again.

The two-

They're gone.

"Well well, what do we have here, Sea Spawn?" Kelly laughed, her form wavering.

"Get behind me, now." I ordered.

"Percy-"

"Now!"

"Oh so these are friends of yours? No, it doesn't matter. Soon you'll all be corpses."

"They want her alive remember?" Tammi said.

"I can slice her to within an inch of her life."

"Who the hell are you?!" Roy settled into a fighting stance and I sighed. So much for him standing behind me.

I launched towards them. Kelly moved out of the way leaving Tammi to fend for herself. She did not have time to form a fire before Riptide sliced through her stomach.

I watched her dust be absorbed into the earth.

"Percy!"

I did not have time to react as Kelly tackled me to the ground.

"You are going to pay for that!" Fire enveloped the hand that was pressed to my chest.

My jacket was beginning to smolder when water slammed into us. Unfortunately, Kelly did not lose her grip on me.

"Go to Hades."  I growled, managing to grab my knife from my pocket.

"You think-" Her words froze in her mouth as my blade pierced her. She stared me in the eyes as she began to dissolve. Despite the fact she is a monster I have killed time and time again, her last words shook me.

"You think you've won haven't you? Well you haven't. We're going to make you wish you had never escaped in the first place!"

Even when she had fully dissolved, I did not move. I laid on the ground and stared blankly.

"Percy are you okay?" Kaldur knelt next to me.

I did not respond, still staring up at the sky. I...I do not know what she meant.

No. I do not know why she said that. I know she was referring to what occurred in the Pit. But why did she mention it? Why now?

"Who were they? And what the hell just happened?!" Roy yelled.

"It does not matter. Besides I think I should take her home. I am sorry, bit perhaps we could get together some other time my friend. " Kaldur said, lifting me up. He walked away from Roy and quickly found a Zeta Tube.

When we reappeared in the Cave, he immediately carried me to the living room and dropped me on the couch.

"What is wrong?"

I still remained silent, my only movement was to move to get up.

He grabbed my arm and pulled me back down into a hug. I realized that I was shaking and I snuggled closer to him.

That ended quickly when he pulled away slightly.

Kaldur pushed up my sleeve to- his eyes widened as he saw the scratches, resulting in him pulling me fully away from him.

I focused my gaze on him. His shoulders had dropped and he seemed defeated.

"Please stop. This...this... Please."

I did not respond, not even to this.

His hand gripped my arm. Our tattoos lit up. I could feel his fear wash through me, however I was careful to not let him feel anything.

"I cannot help you if you do not tell me what is wrong Percy."

I could not force a laugh.

He would not understand. To survive torture once and then be forced to relive every last moment of it...

There is no way.

He will not understand.

Okay this is complete crap

But wattpad decided it would be funny to delete the version of this I had finished at 10:30 last night

I legit cried when I couldn't get it back because I worked on that for like 4 hours to make it read well to me and it left me with like 100 words

1/10 of what each chapter I write is

So I managed to type 500 more words in 30 min plus some before school and some in...idk 40 minutes prior to publishing so....

Uh....

(Please help with ideas guys. I have a project due this fri and I can't work on it at home so this at least takes my mind off of it)
