Chapter 3: Afterwards

Todoroki lay on the ground, bleeding from all over. Star took a quick second to call the cops and an ambulance for her dying husband before attending to him herself. She tried clotting his blood with ripped pieces of clothing. He was already out of it because of hitting his head so hard on the ground when the wolf dropped him. The blood lose wasn't helping him either.

The ambulance was soon there and they took her husband. Star wanted to go with him to the hospital but she was stuck being questioned by the police.

She spent over an hour being questioned about what happened and everything. They ask many questions, was too many. Star could barely even answer half of them because she didn't know. She got a call from the hospital saying Shoto was going hopefully be okay.

Everything was happening too quickly. By the time she was freed from being questioned, Star was too weak to be able to see her husband at the hospital. It was almost 3 am and her body could barely take it anymore. A kind police officer gave her a ride to her house and made sure she got inside all right. Star walked a few steps into her house before collapsing on the couch.

Star's dreams were full of fear. The fear of the creature killing her in her sleep, the fear of Todoroki dying, the fear she would just disappear and no one would know what happened to her. Too much fear for Star to even handle.

After a long painful night, Star woke up to the sound of knocking. Still being half asleep, Star wandered over towards her door. She slowly opened it to see her old bubbly friend Uraraka. Behind her stood Izuku Midoriya and Tenya Iida, her old high school friends.

"We just got news of what happened to Todoroki, we came to come check on you," Uraraka said give Star a big hug.

Deku waved at Star slightly embarrassedly. Iida walked in and shook her hand.

"It is good to see your face again, Star Todoroki," Iida said in his weird robotic way.

"It's nice to see you too Iida," Star said with a choke. "It's nice to see all three of you, it's been forever."

"Actually it hasn't been forever, only-" Iida was cut off but Uraraka covering his mouth and smiling before glaring at him.

Uraraka chuckled before setting down a few things on the kitchen table. She pulled out a bag of doughnuts and some caffeine filled drinks. Everyone sat down around the chair and she passed everyone a drink and some doughnuts before she turned to Star.

"So what actually happened last night? It was all over the news that 'the prohero Shoto Todoroki was severely injured in a fight and now is currently recovering in a hospital.' that's all pretty much the whole country of Japan knows. Everyone was confused while watching the news this morning. It even managed to get into the paper," Uraraka took out a new paper from her bag and put it on the table. It had a small report about Shoto's injury.

Star read through the little article slowly. How did it already spread that quickly to make it into the paper. It's going to be everywhere in no time.

Star slowly swallowed before starting, "So yesterday me and Todoroki were going on our daily patrols..." Star began to tell about everything that he could remember from the night before. She refused to miss a detail.

"The eyes of the wolf... They looked exactly like... Moon's. They had the same glint to them. The wolf form even looked like her's just much bigger than what I remember. And the eyes were so red, I would have never thought they were actually her's but when they seemed to shift blue when I said her name. They were blue!"

The three others were confused and were still taking in everything.

"Wolf quirk? Moon? That girl from highschool? Didn't she disappear years ago?" Uraraka asked. "I thought she must have been dead by now."

"That's what I thought as well but it had to be her. It just know it was her. But it's not anything like her. She has been completely brainwashed, she doesn't act like herself at all," Star said.

"If she isn't herself and as dangerous as you say is it even possible to help her?" Deku asked nervous after writing a couple notes down in a notebook.

"That's the point. She's too dangerous, they are going to probably just kill her. They police don't even know if she is human. They believe they should just kill the creature before it kills someone else. They are doing searchings and seeing that this isn't the first victim. Currently events similar to like has been happening lots of places. She's killed 17 so far and severely injured 20. She's still out there as well."
