Chapter 16: The Reveal

Even with Moon's lack of being fully human, they decided it was time for her to see the boys again. And so, Momo called them up and had them come over. It was going to be hard for both sides and neither sides were informed about the other.

So after Moon finished lunch of the third day of her being human again, there was a quiet knock on the door. Mina rushed to open it and standing in the doorway was the party of boys.

"Don't scream, okay?" Mina stated to them before leading them into the house. She led them quickly through the house and to where Moon was eating her lunch in the kitchen.

Mina cleared her throat and Moon turned her head around. There was then pure silence on both sides. Moon's tail fell as she watched them. Her eyes studied them as if she didn't know who or what they were.

Moon took a breath before shifting into a small wolf form and running over to them. She then shifted once more into a human state and hugged Bakugou of was in the front of the group. She quietly cried into his shirt while Katsuki akwardly hugged her back.

Star knew her que and she walked over and took Moon supporting her with her arms. Moon wrapped her arm around Star's shoulder and looked back at the boys.

"How long were you going to keep it from us that she was awake?" Bakugou said in a fierce voice to Momo.

Momo just put her hands up in defense and shrugged, "I didn't think you wanted to know so badly my dear Katsuki."

Moon chuckled at that and nodded at Momo.

"What the hell is wrong with you? Why can't you walk or speak?" Bakugou said approaching Moon threateningly.

Moon chuckle once more and didn't flinch like he expected her to. She just stuck her tongue out a him and mad a face.

"Moon can't speak because she isn't used to her vocal cords yet and she hasn't had two legs in a while she walked on four. She's regaining her balance, give her a break okay Mr. Katsuki," Momo said blandly stating to Bakugou as if it was common knowledge.

Moon nodded at Momo once more and tapped her thigh in boredom. She then yawned and stretched.

"Hey Bakugou? Would you mind making dinner?" Star said as she led Moon back to her chair. " Even though Moon just ate, I'm pretty sure she misses you cooking. From what I remember, she never shut up about how good it was." Star ended her sentence in a chuckle and Moon quickly jabbed her. "Hey be nice!"

Moon rolled her eyes at Star and jumped off the chair as a wolf. She walked through the legs of the boys as if she was a giant cat then stumped down next to Katsuki leg while he was cooking. She yawned and fell asleep there.

Their dinner was done quickly, the table set and everyone sat down. They spent the whole time discussing what had happened it the last several years since she had been gone. Turns out he had missed a ton. Moon clearly missed them. She enjoyed herself again. It had been way too long since she had experience this form or joy. She truly missed it.
