FRIDAY THE 13TH

This week went by quickly. It was finally Friday. Max was so ready to get the day started well the school day that is. Was looking forward to hanging out with the guys after school. And not to mention its Friday the 13th. It was an eventful week for sure no dough. Max was happy he made two new friends. And still pretty shook up about Arianna and jasper. Now that there dating its so weird. When he started, she was never around but now she's everywhere they are. And jasper seems like a decent guy in all but who knows what dad is going to think of him. He is always holding her books and backpack opening her locker holding her hand oh bother the more Max though about it the more he realized girls are to much work he didn't want no girl to tie him down. To the hell with girlfriends and all of that he said to himself. Max got up out of bed showered and jellied his hair back put on his new clothes and Jordan's dad bought him. Did a quick look in the mirror smiled as he said to himself, I'm styling looking fresh today looking good? He came down the stairs where he could smell Chile rellenos cooking. Mom made the best Mexican food. He came around the corner and his mom had the table already set.

"good morning Max your up early and you're looking handsome this morning."

"thanks mom morning to you too. I wanted to try something a little different today. Everything smells good mom can I eat?" Asked Max.

"yes, go ahead sweetie" laughed mom.

"did you and dad talk it over about Jasper and Azrael coming to spend the night after school?" asked Max.

"we did discuss it and we both agreed if your things are put away and you feel your room is ready for visitors than its fine." Replied mom.

So, Max quickly got up from the table almost knocking over his orange juice. Ran up the stairs to his room grabbed his phone off his nightstand and messaged Jasper and told him it was a go and to let Azrael know to bring his stuff to school with him. He told Max to meet up in front of school by the big oak tree next to the bike rack.

Mom was downstairs yelling for everyone to get up and get ready. Max got downstairs and finished breakfast. Grabbed his bag and headed for the door. When mom stopped him. She told him that it was to early for him to leave. That he had to wait at least for another half hour or so. He insisted that he had to go the guys were going to be waiting for him. Mom told him not to panic that Brisa was still getting ready and suggested that she could give him a ride. Max complained that Brisa always takes forever to get ready. He knew he wasn't going to win the battle with his mom. So, he bit his tongue. And shouted" Brisa, Brisa!"

Then she shouted back "what?"

"can you give me a ride to school today please I have to meet up with my friends early?"

"Yeah, I can you ready?" she asked

"Yes, I've been ready are you done yet?" questioned Max

"Almost," as she was hanging up with her boyfriend

There mom walked back into the Livingroom and asked Max if he was going to be able to get a ride. He told her yes and that everyone else was going to be taking the bus. Mom told Max that they were going to have a full house that evening because Javi was coming over for dinner. Max mumbled great a house full of crazy.

"Brisa!" yelled Max

"yeah, yeah as she was coming down the stairs. Mom and Max both froze when they seen her. He wasn't sure if he wanted to be seen with her driving down the road. Max was thinking "what the hell happened to my sister"

"mom do I look okay?" she asked

"Wow" shouted mom

"what you trying to do give me a heart attack? What's with all the spooky make up today its scary" stated mom
