It's the coldest room in the house. Theres floor boards missing and squeaks the door cranks. The pervious owner left this old stained beat up mattress with the springs sticking out. It was covered with a big white sheet full of mildew along with three inches of dust. The window was dirty and cloudy you can't even see outside. Which was fine because Max was always afraid of windows after dark. He was always worried if he looked outside someone would be looking back at him and try to get in. there was a draft coming from the window. The walls were painted gray and mold scattered from the ceiling down to the walls. The ceiling was covered inch by inch in crimson and peeling. The closet door was covered in small block mirrors. Talk about obsession with mirrors they were everywhere in every room threw out the house. Max wondered how much room was in the closet, but mom yelled just as he was about to open it up.

He shrugged his shoulders and said to himself I better get down stairs to see what mom wants now. As he was coming down the stairs, he got a message from Tatiana saying that they needed to talk. She missed her period.

"Pizzas here!" shouted mom.

Dad found Hocus Pocus in the box of movies he asked if anyone if they wanted to watch it before bed. They all had another long day of ahead of them more unpacking and soon first days of school. Everyone agreed.

Dad locked the doors and shut off the lights. Came back into the Livingroom Noelia and Nicolas had already fallen asleep on the soft fluffy dark chocolate sectional. Dad carried them up to their rooms. Brisa coughed she told mom she was getting tired and not feeling so well and was going to head to bed.

"me too" uttered Arianna.

She was feeling queasy and had a terrible premonition. Both girls headed upstairs to their rooms. Arianna walked into her room. She unpacked her boombox. Dad said, "don't stay up to late and keep the music down because Noelia is sleeping a few feet away."

"No arguments from me daddy goodnight love you."

"Love you too sweetie" said dad as he was leading over her giving her a hug and butterfly kisses. Dad walked out the room closing the door. Arianna started unpacking her clothes and trying to pick out what clothes she was going to wear for her first day at her new school. She already knew how she was going to do her hair and makeup. She was so nervous that it was hard for her to fall asleep. So, she decided to turn down the lights. As she laid on her bed listening to her favorite Banda Pequeno's play. Suddenly she noticed something at the foot of Noelia's bed. It was tugging on her sheets. She got up off her bed to walk over to see what her sister was doing. That's when she noticed she was floating in the air. "I believe in the Holy Spirit you're unable to harm me I'm protected" her dresser flew open the clothes tossed out onto the floor. and with a huge bang as if the walls collapsed Arianna fell to the floor. With Noelia still asleep Arianna opened the door and propped it with her and Noelia's backpacks. Gets back into bed. Pulls up the covers. She felt something brush against her cheek whispering in her ear "I can see everything you do stay in the light he is coming for you. "she closes her eyes and starts thinking about her summer in Mexico. Finally, asleep at last. Meanwhile Emilio was still downstairs talking to mom.

"Mom are you going to bed too?" He asked.

"No, Emilio I want to do some more unpacking before I call it a night." The movie ended.

"Well I guess that's that I'm calling it a night" Emilio said see you tomorrow Max.

Max was still feeling unconformable and scared he didn't care to be alone. After he got that crazy text. He thought if he told his brother how he was feeling about the house and his girl he would think that he was going crazy. Probably have mom call the psychiatric hospital to have him committed. His secrets for now were better kept with Arianna.
