Full Synopsis

Shadow has grown accustomed to the life of being on the streets. From a young age, it is all he knows. While fortunate enough to come from a very wealthy family, everything went horribly wrong the night of the fire. Ever since Shadow's world has not remained the same. Life after the fire has not been a walk in the park. After finally escaping his living situation with his aunt, he found sanctuary on the streets. Knowing how it feels to go hungry, sleep on the cold hard ground, and remain cold no matter how many layers he has, Shadow finds some comfort in being on his own. The dumpsters are gods to him, holding the most precious thing on this Earth; food. But when he literally runs into a red-headed beauty, his entire world changes. Shadow is thrown into the life of BDSM and luxury. However, is this for the better or for the worse for Shadow as he now has to deal with his emotional traumas of not only himself but also of the dominatrix he's grown to fall in love with?

Angeline is a world-known author who's topic of choice is indeed her lifestyle. By being a popular dominatrix and a very talented author, she prides herself in not having time for a relationship. It gives her a great peace to blame her everlasting single life on her work, despite her loved ones knowing different. A very tragic event took place not too long ago that has left Angeline fearful and hard-hearted. She simply cannot bring herself to lay under another man or to be loved by one. But what happens when she's desperate for a new male model for the cover of her book? Desperate to find some stranger on the street to play the role and make a quick buck, she runs into this brown-haired, lost boy in the street. Knowing she cannot let this beautiful creature just live on the street, she offers him a job as her assistant. Little did she know this innocent, damaged soul was the key to thawing her frozen heart.
