"Do you have a plan to confess?" The white-haired student asked as his eyes bored unto mine, flips the worn-out page to another without looking at it.

"What are you doing here? Are you supposed in Student Council, right?" I stoically reminded him, hues went back on reading the phrases do this book given to me.

"We don't have necessary activities today." I heard a soft thud from the table. Norman probably propped the lent book on it. Hands lowered the book a little, I looked at the person across my place, who's already staring at me, and his eyes were saying something. "And I'm bored there. That's why I'm giving you a company." He leaned his elbow on the table, put his chin onto his palm and plastered his smile.

"Because you are bored, it doesn't mean that you have a right to mess up with me."

"I'm not messing up with you. I'm just asking."

"The hell you didn't know the answer." I heaved a sigh in vexation as I closed the book and settled it over Norman's book. My back inclined on the rest, crossed my arms between my chest and faced this guy. "I don't want to create fixtures in our relationship because of my feelings." Eyes narrowed, I added. "And you like Emma. How many times I told you this stuff?"

"Oh, Ray." He uttered as he tilted his head to the glass window, the palettes scattered within the atmosphere that complemented with the soft clouds and they're accompanied the departure of the afternoon sun. "Emma only likes me as a brother. Since when she discerned my apparent hints that I like her more than that?" His eyes riverted onto me and said, "You should know that." Then, it returned on the landscapes again. "You have more chance than I am."

Inhaled heavily, he continued. "You may not notice but she didn't even realize that she likes you. Her actions are even different when you're with her."

"Her actions are all the same. Did you check your eyesight? You must be nearsighted." I reprimanded.

"When was the time that my speculations are wrong?" He challenged.

"Just now." I snickered on his inquiry.

This time, he averted his gaze from the bleeding canvas as he lifted his head from his palm and look onto me, crossed his legs with another, and leaned his another elbow on the table, tips of his fingers interlaced with each other. His light blue orbs intensified, the soft smile he'd been wearing became smirk.

I have a bad feeling about this.

"Do you want to test Emma?"

When the ring of the bell diminished, someone slammed one's hand on my desk but I already know who was that without gawking. "Ray! We can go home together ea—"

"Emma-senpai!" A cry from the corridor boomed through the classroom. Everyone, included myself, look at the back row and there are students, wearing plain white t-shirt and shorts— probably from Emma's former club, standstill on the doorway. Everyone is panting heavily.

"Why are you all breathing like that?" She also shouted back, worried, pivoted her heels and went towards her clubmates. The voice isn't fainting at all because of her loud voice. "I already resigned in the club. Why are you in rush here, then?"

"We're going to kidnap you." I heard one of her mates, puffed in every words she said; and before Emma reacted to them, two students linked their arms to her and one of them covered her eyes using red scarf. "Hey!" she yelled, followed with her chuckle. "What are you plotting at?"
