Review:

This is truly a beautiful story, a story about dealing with loss. Loss is something that we all will experience, if not now, then later in life. And no matter how hard we try, we will never be truly equipped to handle it. You can't do it alone. Some people will turn to drugs, others to violence, to sport, to sex. You're lucky if you can turn to a person. When my grandfather died, I wasn't too upset. I was about eight, and I'd only known him for about two years, and for one of those years, he was hospitalised with cancer. But my grandmother was terribly, horribly hurt. She pulled through because of her family. Her son, my father. Her sisters, who stayed with her until she stopped crying. Her grandchildren, who had so much life ahead of them.

This is a story of dealing with loss through dance. It is beautiful, as shattered glass is beautiful. Definitely worth the read.
