Raven:
As I woke up to get dressed I noticed Bill watching us very carefully with lust-full eyes. As if he were picking out the best one of us. It made me feel weird and self-concious. I also felt pissed off at him for being a pervert, a man-whore.
"Pervert" I snapped angrily at him. Bill elbowed Bryce, pointed at me, and wiggled his eyebrows in a suggestive manner.
"Fiesty one right there" he said smriking, as if I never said anything. Nervously Bryce nodded in agreement, but the look on his face didn't say he agreed.
"David!" Bill called loudly to him. David jumped, startled, and looked up with fear-filled eyes. Bill laughed at the boy who was much smaller in size than himself.
"Nervous as ever, I think you and uh- uh um- her would do good" he chuckled, stuttering in mid-sentence. David looked at me and blushed.
"You shouldn't go setting people up" he spoke quietly. Bill stopped laughing abruptly, and he stared at David. The dumb expression he wore changed to bitter anger and his face turned a shade pinker. He stormed towards David, his fat hands balled up.
"Don't you disobey me boy or I'll tell pa!" he snapped and shook David roughly. I put my hand to my mouth to keep from gasping. David has brown hair, and blue eyes. He's probably a few inches shorter than I and looks very frail. 'If he's not carefull he could crush the boy!' I thought horrified.
"Whoa Bill!" Bryce tried to talk some sense, but Bill wasn't listening. Bryce apparently didn't know what to do to stop Bill's angry rampage. 'It's like a mouse in the path of an furious, ticked cow or a pig' I thought; comparing David to a mouse and Bill to a cow or pig.
"Bill, stop it!" Samuel snapped and pushed Bill away. David fell to the ground, and groaned in pain and clutcehd his side. Bills face lightened, and went back to that dumb, clueless expression. He glared at David before brushing some dirt off his jeans. Bill stormed out the room just as angry.
"Are you okay boy?" Samuel asked as he helped pick David up. David nodded weakly. Bryce stood in the corner looking guilty.
"Hey, bitch" said a girl. I whirled around to face Amynda.
"What do you want?" I said with a blank tone. She had a single piece of hay in the corner of her mouth that she chewed on. 'Ew' I thought, 'Was this their substitution of gum?' I thought pitifully.
"Don't go messing up the order in this here house 'cus I owns it, not you" she snapped.
"I don't give a damn girl, and learn to speak propperly" I shot back at her with a bold, just-as fierce tone. She looked appauled, quite shocked that I'd said anything. I walked away from her quite pleased with myself. I couldn't stand people that walk around and walk over people thinking so high of themselves like Amynda clearly did. It was a pleasure of being so bold, to step up to the bullies with little fear of them.
"You can't- you c-can't talk like that to Amynda" Suzan stuttered. I gave her a look that said 'watch-me'. Lily and Joan seemed just as shocked. They moved towards me with wide, triumphant grins on their faces.
"Your so bold!" Lily said with an excited tone. I shrugged, it wasn't really anything. Just putting bullies in their place.
"Bad and bold, I don't let people talk like that when they have no right" I said witha careless tone. The two followed me out the bedroom leaving the stunned Amynda and Suzan behind in the dust. Later on, everyone sat at the table. The woman I'd seen earlier walked in and set food on the table. Woody looked very mad at the momment.
