Right now Ruby and Hektor/HK97 are at the Arena congratulating Penny on her victory and meeting her teammate Cecil but while the conversation was getting good Cecil tries to interrupt telling them that they're on a tight schedule but Penny bags for team mate for some extra time Cecil reliance and complies giving them a minute to talk literally.
