Deformed looking arm is capable of accurately hurling small objects at lethal speed. Good eyesight. An almost eidetic memory of everything he experiences.
Weapon of choice: Anything he can throw.
Job: Patrolling his district killing rats, birds and other vermin with small stones.
Favorite environment: Open areas where he can see enemies.
Favorite activity: Amazing his friends with his inhuman throwing skills.
District token: A small metal whistle on a leather cord worn around the neck. Silent to human ears but animals react to it. Some react differently than others. He used this in his district job to bring rats out of hiding so he could kill them.
