"Max hurry up we're going to miss our flight!" Caroline yelled throughout the apartment. "Calm yo'self my love! Didn't want to forget your birthday present." Max said with a smirk. "Max we are not taking that through security, and hell no to the fact that we're with my parents all week!" "You're no fun when you're stressed babe." They rolled their suitcases down the hallway and to the front door. "Ready to meet... everyone?" "No, but when am I ever ready?" the brunette said jokingly. The duo made their way to the elevator after locking the apartment door. "Funny, but we really need to go. The plane leaves in," Caroline checks her watch, "45 minutes!" "Okay, okay. You gotta push the button first."

When their car finally reaches the airport, Caroline checked her watch again to see that they had 6 minutes to check their bags, make it through security and board their plane. There was no way they would make it, the blonde thought. After rushing and pushing down every toddler in their way, they found the security line was longer than a Starbucks in Seattle. "We're fucked!" Caroline says defeated. "Wanna take a hit in the bathroom?" The brunette says while pulling a joint out of her bra. "Max George Black! Put that away before we get detained. "Again, calm yo'self. It's for me, just in case this weeks blows. If it blows, I blow, ha! Get it? Babe you need to laugh at my jokes. It's only going to get worse as this week goes on." "I'm calling my dad."

She pulls her phone out and dials the only other number she knows by heart, the first being Max's, even though she makes fun of her for it.

"Hi daddy!" "What baby?" Max replies, earning her a slap on the chest. "Ouch!"

"Pumpkin! Shouldn't you be on the plane right now with my future daughter in law?" "Well you see daddy, I don't think we're gonna make this flight. The lines are insane and we kind of had a late start. I'm sorry dad." Caroline looks down at the ground and fumbles with the strings from her jacket. "I'll send the private plane to the airfield. Don't worry pumpkin!" Caroline had never taken her family's wealth for granted... well, okay she has, but right now she's glad they have their money. "Thank you daddy! We'll see you soon!"

The security lines kept dragging, as they did, this brought out Max's attitude. "Ugh! Care, why did you talk me into this? You know I hate flying. Which is why I've never done it. You better be putting me in the mile high club!" This earned her a few looks from other passengers around them, including some daggers from a parent. "Jesus Max, I don't think Queens heard you!" They finally reached the end of the lines and gathered their bags. Private planes depart from a different terminal and the couple walked hand in hand to the isolated part of the airport. "Checking in for Channing." "Right this way ma'am." The flight attendant escorted Max and Caroline to the stairs leading them to the plane.

"Finally being rich pays off!" the blonde yells as she sits down in the reclining chair. "It always pays off for you. Literally always." "Come here and cuddle. I plan on sleeping this whole flight." Max joined her on the chair and they lent the seat back. "No mile high club? Damnit." Caroline softly chuckled as she shut her eyes.

They woke up to a hard landing, wrapped up in each other. "Babe, we're here." Caroline peppered Max's face with kisses to wake her up completely. They collected their carry ons, and made their way off the plane. They saw a driver waiting on the tarmac with their checked bags next to him. "Neil! It's so good to see you again!" Neil was Caroline's personal driver from the time of kindergarten until she went to Wharton.

"Miss Caroline, it's wonderful to see you as well. And with a guest!" He says while opening the door for the two girls. "Welcome back home!"

"Care, is it wrong if I pop this bottle in the car?" Max says as she picks up the champagne bottle. "No, that's why it's there babe. Pour me some." "Give me the rundown on the Channing's again, please?" The manners threw Caroline off, she knew Max was really nervous if she was saying "please". Their bed was the only other place she hears the pleasantry. "Well, when dad was 23 he founded Channing Industries, became the fastest growing company in the U.S., youngest billionaire and is on wife number five. That being said, wife number five is 22, and is only in this for the money. She insists I call her "mom", but that's a hard pass."
