Chapter 37: Lyra

It was the day to leave hogwarts and back onto the train to meet your family to go home. Once I had packed everything and made sure I had everything I needed I walked downstairs to the common room to meet Draco.

He was once again sitting on the couch waiting for me. I stepped closer to him and gave a twirl "does this look alright to meet your parents?"

I didn't want to wear a too casual outfit but nothing too extreme but just good enough to look appropriate. I wore a simple black sweater and a green skirt with stockings underneath. I thought okay at least.

Draco stood up and kissed me on the cheek "you look great my love" I smiled and pecked him on the cheek as well.

After we eaten breakfast we headed to the train station holding hands as we found ourselves a seat in the slytherin area.

It wasn't completely full since some students decided to stay at school but I was still excited to be on the train as it was my second time on it.

Draco and I casually talked to another and me feeding him chocolate frogs till I had slapped his hand away to not eat anymore or else he'd be sick.

Pansy and Blaise sat opposite us, pansy gagged everytime we did something couple like, so Draco smirked and snogged me right in front of her only causing her to smash her head on the wall.

I was laughing during the kiss and ended up pushing him away from laughing. Blaise looked amused but also annoyed.

I chucked him a chocolate frog only causing Draco to have a winge. "Don't pout, that's what baby's do" I squished his cheeks. He laid his head in my lap "aren't I your baby?" I just chuckled and kissed him not giving him an answer.

The rest of the way was pretty quiet as Draco napped in my lap, so I chatted to Blaise and pansy joined in every now and then to mainly throw insults my way. I just rolled my eyes at her.

The train stopped when we were finally at the platform, Draco was already awake before then fixing up himself a bit, I watched him do it realising this was important to him- his parents. So I did the same freaking out since they were only meters away.

"Are you sure you want me to come with you?" I asked him still freaking out, but really I was more asking myself if I still wanted to go. Draco stopped fixing himself up and grabbed my hand into his "of course I want you to come" I sighed in relief and nodded.

We got our luggage and once again clasped our hands together and walked onto the platform to find his parents.

It wasn't hard to find them since they looked just like him, both proper and his father having the same blonde hair but his mother just had the strips of blonde in her hair. From seeing them I knew his father was distant just like I predicted when I first met Draco, however his mother looked kinda and clearly was happy to see her son again.
