Chapter 9: The Arguement

Grace was walking happily towards the place she was supposed to meet up with Troy and Kelsi until she was suddenly pulled by her wrist, causing her to squeal. She turned to see Taylor and the rest of the band members and said, with confusion, "Guys, what's going on?" Taylor crossed her arms and replied, "You, missy, have been hanging out with Bolton for too long." Grace crossed her arms and said, with her thick British accent covering it, "Yeah, and what does that have to deal with anything?" Taylor sighed and replied, taking her friend by her wrist, "Come with me."

With Troy, he was pulled away, from going to meet up with Grace, by Chad and his team. He chuckled and said to his friends, "Guys, if this is about what happened, I'm sorry but I've got to meet up with Grace and Kelsi." Chad sighed and replied, then said to Andrew who glared at him, "You have been hanging out with her for too long that she's taken you away from practice. Sorry, Drew. You're missing practice, dude. No offense but you're going to ruin our chances of winning if you're not there." Troy just glared at him, he didn't like how Chad insulted Grace.

After her talk with Taylor and hearing what Troy had said, Grace needed to be alone. Instead of taking the limousine like she always did with her brothers, she decided to walk home. She spotted Troy with his friends and saw him look up, causing her to shake her head at him and began to walk away. The girl walked out of the building and ignored Troy's calls for her. At the corner of her eye, she could see Chad and Taylor talking and saw them with smirks on their faces but then saw sympathetic looks on their faces after they had realized what they had done.

That evening, Grace picked at her food while they sat in silence. Daniel sighed and said, "Alright, this is it. What happened?" Andrew glanced at his sister who sent him a glare and he whispered, "Nothing, Dad." Grace turned to her mother and said to her, "Mum, May I be excused? I have homework to do." Katherine nodded and watched as her daughter left the room. Andrew excused himself and went after his sister. Grace turned around and sneered, "Why did you do that, Andrew? I though you and I were supposed to have that twin bond. You knew that Troy was my best friend. I even told him our secret." Andrew's eyes widened and said, "You didn't. You know that Mum and Dad wanted no one to know about us." Grace scoffed and replied, "Should've thought about that before you joined Danforth and McKessi on their little stunt." Grace turned around and slammed her door in her twin's face.
