I had been training non stop for the past week with Barry. Controlling my powers was becoming easier. Well it became easier once I was aware of everything I could do.

The day after figuring out my powers, I invited lenny over to tell him about it. As soon as he got there, I opened my mouth to speak and a cloud came out of my mouth. I couldn't stop it. It froze things. I kind of froze everything in my room.

Once I learned everything I could do, controlling my powers became a whole lot easier. I still needed more training but at least I haven't thrown any ice shards at people.

I still couldn't help Barry though. I wish I could though because he just got beat up by a man made of steel.

"Barry you need to rest. You cant go after him. Give yourself some time to heal."I said. "I'll stay with you."

"You're so sweet." He said smiling. I grabbed his hand. The one that didnt get broken. "And you're so badass." He added making me giggle.

"Thanks Barry but why are you telling me all this?" I said smiling. Barry was so sweet. He gave my hand a light squeeze and smiled.

"Remember the day we met?" I nodded and giggled. I had a hangover while I was working. "As soon as I saw you, all my problems went away. You're the most gorgeous girl I know."

"Barry I-" I started to talk but he cut me off.

"I really like you Lily."

"Barry I'm sorry." I said.

"What? For what?"

"I have a boyfriend." I said. He let go of my hand. I felt horrible. I should have told him before.

"Barry."

"No it's fine. You dont have to stay. I'm fine." He looked so hurt. Not only physically hurt.

"Barry-" he cut me off again.

"Please just go Lily."

"Okay." I said quietly, almost in a whisper, and then I walked away. I went off to find Cisco.

"Hey Cisco can we talk?" I asked.
"Yea of course." He said. "What's wrong?"

"So Barry told me how he feels about me-" Cisco cut me off by laughing. I punched him in the arm. "This isnt funny Cisco. I told him I have a boyfriend and now he doesnt want to talk to me."

"He's just upset right now. Just give him some space."

"What If I just ruined our friendship? What if he hates me Cisco?" I like Barry a lot. He is like my best friend. I dont want to lose him.

"You're overreacting. Just give him space for now and talk to him once he's ready." He said. "And dont blame yourself for this. You dont choose who you like. I know this is true because you fell in love with a criminal." I rolled my eyes at his last sentence but hugged him anyways.

"Thanks Cisco." I hope hes right about Barry.
