Lauren's POV
Today is the gender reveal of our baby and I'm more than excited. I get out of the shower. I put my boxers on and a bra. I walk out flipping my hair on one side. "Laur" Taylor says walking in "Shhh" I said pointing at Camila sleeping. "Sorry" Taylor whispers.
"What's up?" I whisper turning around putting a shirt on. "Your going to Dr. Sanchez right" Taylor says "Yeah" I say. "Gender reveal of the baby" I say and she smiles at me. "You've came such a long way" Taylor says "Thanks shorty" I say and ruffle her hair. "You'll be a great mother or father" Taylor teases making me chuckle lightly.
We hear Camila yawn and I look at her. I smile at her and go over to her "Morning beautiful" I whisper to her kneeling down and caress her cheek "Morning" She smiles sleepily "Go shower and get ready babe" I say and she stays silent. I laugh lightly and pick her up bridal style.
"My lazy baby" I whisper with a smile. She opens her eyes and wraps her arms around my neck "We got our gender reveal babe" I say laughing. "I know I'm just tired" Camila says and I smile kissing her forehead. I set her down and help her get undress.
Once she's undress I go back up her body. I smile at her and go to the tub. I turn the water on letting the water rise. I walk back in front of Camila resting one hand on her hip. The other caressing the bump. I bend down and kiss the bump lightly. "Can't wait to find out what you are little kiddo" I say and Camila chuckles lightly.
"You've done great Lo" Camila says and I look at her "You'll be an amazing parent for the kiddo" Camila says "Really" I say "Yeah" Camila says. I look at the tub and I turn it off. I help Camila get in. "How's your college credit classes" Camila says "Hard work but it's worth graduating early right" I say and Camila smiles at me.
"You seem stressed" Camila says stroking my hair "I'm trying my best" I say washing her. The so innocent touch on how I'm washing her. Not a sexual touch at all from this. "I'm doing this for you and the kiddo" I say and Camila touches my face lightly getting soap on my cheek. I smile at her and kiss her lips lightly.
Once she's all done we drive to the hospital. "Hi Lauren" The woman at the front says "Hey Nurse Sanders" I say "Lauren come on I said call me Marie" Marie says with a laugh "Where's Dr. Sanchez" I say laughing lightly "He's waiting for you come" Marie says walking us to Dr. Sanchez's office. Marie knocks lightly and she opens the door.
"Dr. Sanchez Lauren and Camila" Nurse Sanders says "Well come on in" Dr. Sanchez says with a smile. "How is the baby?" He asks "Great Camila has been taking care of herself perfectly" I say "No alcohol, drugs?" Dr. Sanchez asks "Nothing" I say with a smile.
"Perfect" Dr. Sanchez says "Ready to reveal the gender" Dr. Sanchez says "Ready Dr. Sanchez" Camila says "Please I'm a long time friend Camila call me Mateo" He says with a smile side hugging Camila "I'm glad I'm taking care of this little one here" Mateo says "You've been knowing my family long so you have the absolute right to call him or her your sobrina o sobrino" Camila says.
"Thanks Mila" Dr. Sanchez says "Marie can you help me set Mila up" Dr. Sanchez says. Marie comes and they set Camila up. Once they are done I stand there arms crossed looking intently at Camila.
"You can come over Lauren" Marie says with a mischievous smile but I don't notice. I smile at her and stand next to Camila. I hold her hand and Dr. Sanchez moves the machine over Camila's bump. Once he finds the baby he smiles. He puts the machine down and smiles at us.
"I got the gender" He says "Are you ready to find out the gender of your so beautiful baby" He says "First your baby is very healthy you guys have been doing really good" Dr. Sanchez says. "Lauren how are you doing taking care of Camila" Dr. Sanchez says "Been trying my hardest even though I have work and school" I say "Good" Dr. Sanchez says. "Ok ok the gender" Camila says and Mateo smiles at her.
